บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง “การบริหารการพัฒนาวัด เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาวะของประชาชน ในจังหวัดระยอง”โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังต่อไปนี้ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษา การบริหารการพัฒนาวัด เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาวะของประชาชน ในจังหวัดระยอง 2) เพื่อศึกษา ปัจจัยการบริหารการพัฒนาวัด เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาวะของประชาชน ในจังหวัดระยอง 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทาง การบริหารการพัฒนาวัด เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาวะของประชาชน ในจังหวัดระยอง

ผู้วิจัยได้เลือกกลุ่มประชากร ที่เป็นประชาชนในเขตปกครองจังหวัดระยองจำนวน 33,273 คน เลือกสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จำนวน 356 คน จากการหาด้วยสูตรวิธีของ ทาโร ยามาเน่ (Taro Yamane) ผู้วิจัยจึงเก็บข้อมูลจากประชากรจำนวน 356 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือ ในการเก็บข้อมูลประมวลผลโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป โดยใช้สถิติค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage : %) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean :X bar) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation : S.D.) ในการอธิบายลักษณะข้อมูลทั่วไป

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1) ประชาชน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลที่มีต่อการบริหารการพัฒนาวัด เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาวะของประชาชน ในจังหวัดระยอง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลโดยปัจจัยพื้นฐานการบริหารด้วย  M’^s 4 โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ (X bar = 3.88) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เท่ากับ (S.D. = 0.195) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า การบริหารการพัฒนาวัด โดยปัจจัยพื้นฐานการบริหาร ด้วย M’^s 4 ได้แก่ คน (Man) อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเท่ากับ X bar = 3.97 S.D. = 0.416 เงิน (Money) อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเท่ากับ X bar = 4.07, S.D. = 0.443 วัสดุสิ่งของ (Materials) อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเท่ากับ X bar = 4.03, S.D. =0.427 การจัดการ (Management) อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเท่ากับ X bar = 3.89, S.D. =0.454  และด้านสุขภาวะของประชาชน ได้แก่ สุขภาวะทางกาย อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเท่ากับ X bar = 3.81, S.D. = 0.520 สุขภาวะทางจิต อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเท่ากับ X bar = 3.78, S.D. = 0.549 สุขภาวะทางสังคม อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเท่ากับ X bar = 3.78, S.D. = 0.494 สุขภาวะทางปัญญา อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเท่ากับ X bar = 3.78, S.D. = 0.504 ตามลำดับปัจจัย

2) ปัจจัยการบริหารการพัฒนาวัด เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาวะของประชาชน ในจังหวัดระยอง ปัจจัยการบริหารการพัฒนาวัด ด้วยปัจจัยพื้นฐานการบริหาร ด้วย M’^s4 การบริหารการพัฒนาวัด ด้วยปัจจัยพื้นฐานการบริหาร ด้วยM’^s4โดยปัจจัยพื้นฐานการบริหาร ด้าน) โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ (X bar =3.97) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ ( S.D.= 0.417) ด้านเงิน (Money) โดยภาพรวม อยู่ระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ (X bar = 4.07) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ (S.D. =0.878)ด้านวัสดุสิ่งของ (Materials) โดยภาพรวม อยู่ระดับปานกลางโดยมี ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ (X bar =4.03 ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ (S.D. = 0.427) ด้านการจัดการ (Management)โดยภาพรวม อยู่ระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ (X bar =3.89) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตร ฐานเท่ากับ (S.D. = 0.454) ด้านสุขภาวะของประชาชน โดยการบริหารการพัฒนาวัดด้านสุขภาวะทางกาย โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ (X bar =3.81) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ (S.D. = 0.520) ด้านสุขภาวะทางจิต โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ (X bar =3.78) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ (S.D.=0.549) ด้านสุขภาวะทางสังคม โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ (X bar =3.78) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เท่ากับ (S.D.=0.494) ด้านสุขภาวะทางปัญญา โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ (X bar=3.79) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เท่ากับ (S.D.=0.944)

3) แนวทางการบริหารการพัฒนาวัด เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาวะของประชาชน ในจังหวัดระยอง ดังนี้ ควรเปิดโอกาสให้พระสงฆ์ และประชาชน ที่มีความรู้ความสามารถได้มีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารการพัฒนาวัด เพื่อการดำเนินงานต่างๆ มีความโปร่งใสและตรวจสอบได้ ผู้บริหารวัดควรมีการกำหนดนโยบาย มีแผนแม่บทอย่างชัดเจนเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรและสามารถนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติเป็นรูปธรรมเห็นได้อย่างชัดเจน และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดกับวัด การบริหารการพัฒนาวัด ควรส่งเสริมทรัพยากรบุคลากรภายในและภายนอกบริเวณวัด ควรจะมีระบบแบบแผน ทั้งทางด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล และการเงินให้เข้มแข็งยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อสอดรับกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต และมีการประเมินผล เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพการทำงาน อันเป็นการส่งเสริม และการพัฒนาบุคลากรทั้งด้านกาย จิตใจและปัญญา

The research “Development  Administration the temple to promote health of the people, in Rayong Province” with the objective is as follows 1) For education development administration the temple to promote health of the people in Rayong Province 2) To study factors the development administration  the temple to promote health of the people in Rayong Province 3) To study guidelines pattern development management the temple to promote health of the people in Rayong Province

The researcher selected the population group the population in Rayong Province 33,273 people  select random sample 356 people from the recipe the method of Taro Yamane (Taro Yamane) the researchers collected data from population of  356 people  use questionnaires and interview as tools the data collection process using computer program ready–made using frequency statistics (Frequency) percentage (Percentage : %)  average (Mean : X bar) and standard deviation (Standard Deviation S.D.) in describing general information

The research found that

1) People who provide information which has to the management development of the temple to promote health of the people in Rayong Province informant of information by fundamentals M  4 by overview is very good  average X bar  : 3.88  standard  deviation (S.D.=0.195) when considering each side ,It was found that the development  administration the temple by fundamentals with M.4  is (Man) very good level  value X bar =3.97  S.D.= 0.416 (Money) very good level value X bar = 4.07, S.D.= 0.443  (Materials) very good level value X bar = 4.03 S.D.= 0.527 (Management) very good level value X bar = 3,89, S.D.= 0.454 and the health of the people include Physical health very good level value X bar =3.81, S.D.= 0.520 Mental health very good level value X bar =3.78, S.D.= 0.549 Health social very good level value X bar = 3.78, S.D.= 0.494 Intellectual  health very good level value X bar = 3.78, S.D.= 0.504 Respectively of  factors

3.The guidelines for development administration the temple in Rayong Province as follows should open opportunity to give the monk and the peoples with knowledge and ability got involved in development administration the temple for the operation is transparent verifiable management of the temple  should be formulated of a policy the master plan clearly by written and the policy can be implemented clearly and the most useful of the temple the development administration the temple should promote internal and outside the temples There should be a systematic pattern both human and financial resources are stronger to accommodate changes that will happen in the future and evaluation to increase efficiency in work promoting the development of personnel both physically mind and intelligence
