บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ บริบท สภาพปัญหา ความจำเป็น แนวคิดทฤษฎีกระบวนการพัฒนาจิตอาสาสมาคมรวมไทยในฮ่องกงตามศาสตร์สมัยใหม่ 2) เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์หลักพุทธสันติวิธีที่เอื้อต่อกระบวนการพัฒนาจิตอาสาสมาคมรวมไทยในฮ่องกง 3) เพื่อพัฒนาและนำเสนอกระบวนการพัฒนาจิตอาสาสมาคมรวมไทยในฮ่องกงเพื่อยกระดับการให้บริการแรงงานไทยโดยพุทธสันติวิธี เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนาตามกรอบของอริยสัจโมเดลบันได 9 ขั้น

       ผลการวิจัยตามวัตถุประสงค์พบว่า :

      1) สมาคมรวมไทยในฮ่องกงเกิดจากการรวมตัวของชาวไทยในฮ่องกงที่ทนเห็นทุกข์ของแรงงานไทยไม่ได้ จึงรวมตัวกันเป็นจิตอาสาเพื่อให้บริการด้วยความบริสุทธิ์ใจ โดยผู้วิจัยค้นพบปัญหาของจิตอาสา คือขาดทักษะการให้บริการ ขาดความเข้าใจการทำงานเป็นทีม และขาดการนำหลักธรรมมาใช้เป็นหลักสำคัญในการทำงาน  ดังนั้นจึงมีความจำเป็นที่ต้องนำแนวคิดศาสตร์สมัยใหม่ที่สอดรับกับปัญหามาพัฒนาให้กับจิตอาสาสมาคมรวมไทยในฮ่องกงเพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและมีผลตามเป้าหมาย

     2) หลักพุทธสันติวิธีที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาจิตอาสาสมาคมรวมไทยในฮ่องกงเพื่อยกระดับการให้บริการแรงงานไทยโดยพุทธสันติ พบว่า หลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 เป็นหลักธรรมที่พัฒนาจิตอาสาสมาคมรวมไทยในฮ่องกงให้มีคุณลักษณะในการให้บริการ 4 ประการ ประกอบด้วย ปรับใจ (ทาน) ปลูกปัญญา (ปิยวาจา) พัฒนาโพธิจิต (อัตถจริยา) และผลิตสุขสู่สังคม (สมานัตตา)

      3) กระบวนการพัฒนาจิตอาสาสมาคมรวมไทยในฮ่องกงเพื่อยกระดับการให้บริการแรงงานไทยโดยพุทธสันติวิธี ผู้วิจัยค้นพบ“MAESHE  Model” มุ่งเน้นพัฒนา 6 ด้าน คือ ด้านสันติภายใน (Mindfulness) ด้านจิตอาสาตื่นรู้ (Awakened Mind) ด้านทำงานเป็นทีม (Empowered teamwork) ด้านการบริการ (Service mind) ด้านการสื่อสารอย่างสันติ (Empathic communication) และด้านสิทธิมนุษยชน (Human rights)

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

These are the main purposes of this research; 1) to study and analyze the context, problem conditions, necessity, and theoretical concepts of the Thai Regional Alliance in Hong Kong (TRA) Volunteer Development Process according to modern science; 2) to study and analyze the principles of Buddhist peaceful methods that contribute to the volunteer development of the Thai Regional Alliance in Hong Kong (TRA); 3) to develop and present the Volunteer Development Process of the Thai Regional Alliance in Hong Kong (TRA)  to enhance the service of Thai workers through Buddhist peaceful means.  This research is applied research and development (R&D) according to the framework of the Noble Truth Model, with the 9-stages ladder method.             

The research results were found that:

    1. The Thai Regional Alliance in Hong Kong (TRA) was formed by those Thai people in Hong Kong who cannot bear to see the suffering of Thai workers and therefore gathered together as volunteers to provide services with sincerity. The researcher discovered the problem of the volunteer that; lack of service skills, lack of understanding of teamwork, and lack of application of Dhamma as the main principle in work, therefore, it is necessary to bring modern science concepts that correspond to problems to developing volunteers in The Thai Regional Alliance in Hong Kong (TRA) to meet the goal effectively.

             2. The Buddhist principles conducive the process of developing the volunteer

spirit of Thai Regional Alliance in Hong Kong to enhance the services of Thai Workers by Buddhist Peaceful Means. It was found that the 4 Sangkhahavatthus is the principle that develops the volunteer of the Thai Regional Alliance in Hong Kong (TRA) to have four characteristics of service provision, namely: growth mindset (Dāna), cultivating wisdom (Piyavaja), developing bodhicitta (Atthacariyā), producing happiness society (Samānattatā),

                    3. The Process of Developing  the Volunteer Spirit of Thai Regional Alliance in Hong Kong to Enhance the Service of Thai Workers by Buddhist Peaceful Means. It was found that “MAESHE Model” focuses on 6 areas of development: internal peace (Mindfulness), Volunteerism (Awakened Mind), Empowered teamwork, Service Mind,  Human rights and  Empathic communication.
