บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ บริบท สภาพปัจจุบัน ความจำเป็น และแนวคิด ทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการพัฒนาการป้องกันการบูลลี่ตามศาสตร์สมัยใหม่ของธนาคารกสิกรไทย สำนักงานใหญ่ 2) เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์หลักพุทธสันติวิธีที่เอื้อต่อกระบวนการพัฒนาการป้องกันการบูลลี่ 3) เพื่อพัฒนาและนำเสนอกระบวนการพัฒนาการป้องกันการบูลลี่โดยพุทธสันติวิธี ของธนาคารกสิกรไทย สำนักงานใหญ่ งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ และได้พัฒนาเครื่องมือวิจัยตามแบบอริยสัจโมเดล โดยเดินตามบันได 9 ขั้น

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) บริบท สภาพปัจจุบัน ความจำเป็นในการป้องกันการบูลลี่ เนื่องจากธนาคารเป็นองค์กรขนาดใหญ่ พนักงานจึงมีความแตกต่างหลากหลายตามหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ บางครั้งพนักงานบางส่วนนำประเด็นความต่างเหล่านี้มาบูลลี่กันโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ ธนาคารจึงให้ความสำคัญอย่างมากในการหาวิธีป้องกันปัญหาการบูลลี่ โดยมุ่งหวังให้พนักงานเกิดการตระหนักรู้ มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ รู้วิธีป้องกัน ลดละ แก้ไขปัญหาการบูลลี่ได้อย่างเหมาะสมและยั่งยืน งานวิจัยนี้ใช้แนวคิด ทฤษฎี 5 ด้าน คือ 1) กระบวนการพัฒนา 2) ความขัดแย้งและความรุนแรง 3) การเคารพในสิทธิมนุษยชน
4) การสื่อสารอย่างสันติ 5) ลำดับขั้นความต้องการของมาสโลว์

2) พุทธสันติวิธีที่เอื้อต่อกระบวนการพัฒนาการป้องกันการบูลลี่ ได้นำหลัก ปธาน 4
มาใช้ 1) สร้างภูมิป้องกันให้แก่ตนเองจากการถูกบูลลี่หรือการไปบูลลี่ผู้อื่น (สังวรปธาน)
2) ปราบปรามจิตใจ ไม่ปล่อยให้ตนเองแสดงพฤติกรรมการบูลลี่ (ปหานปธาน) 3) พัฒนาบุคคลในสังคมให้มีจิตใจที่ดีงาม (ภาวนาปธาน) 4) รักษาความดีให้ยั่งยืน (อนุรักขนาปธาน)

3) กระบวนการพัฒนาการป้องกันการบูลลี่โดยพุทธสันติวิธี ใช้กระบวนการที่เรียกว่า
เคแบงค์โมเดล อันประกอบด้วย 1) ความรู้ 2) พฤติกรรม 3) ทัศนคติ 4) เครือข่าย 5) วิธีปฏิบัติ
ซึ่งครอบคลุมการพัฒนา 6 ด้าน คือ 1) องค์กรสันติสุข 2) การเอาใจใส่ซึ่งกันและกัน 3) การเคารพสิทธิมนุษยชน 4) สันติภายใน 5) การสื่อสารอย่างสันติ 6) พุทธสันติวิธี

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

This research consists of 3 objectives: 1) To study and analyze the contexts, current situations, necessities, and theoretical concepts regarding the development process of bullying prevention according to modern science of Kasikornbank Head Office 2) To study and analyze the principles of Buddhist peaceful means for promoting the development process of bullying prevention 3) To develop and present the Buddhist peaceful means the development process of bullying prevention of Kasikornbank Head Office. This is action research. It developed tools base on the Four Noble Truth model under 9 steps framework.

The research found that:

          1) The contexts, current situations, necessities to prevent bullying. Since Kasikornbank is a large organization, employees come from all and different in their duties and responsibilities. Sometimes, some employees of life walk unintentionally bully each other using these differences. The bank has always given priority to prevent bullying problems. The aim is to provide employees with awareness, knowledge, understanding, know-how to prevent, relent, and solve bullying problems appropriately and sustainably. This research uses theoretical concepts in 5 areas:
1) Development Process 2) Conflict and Violence 3) Respect for Human Rights
4) Peaceful Communication 5) Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.

2) The Buddhist peaceful means which conducive to the development process of bullying prevention by Buddhist peaceful means based on the Padhāna (effort, exertion). It includes 4 components are: 1) Protecting myself from being bullied or bullied others 2) Suppress our mind, not allowing it to conduct any bully behavior
3) Developing people in society to have good mind 4) Maintaining good deeds for sustainability.

3) The development process of bullying prevention by Buddhist peaceful means of Kasikornbank Head Office use a process is called KBANK Model. It consists of 1) Knowledge 2) Behavior 3) Attitude 4) Network. 5) Know-how. This process will cover 6 aspects of development: 1) Peaceful organization 2) Attentive Environment 3) Respect for human rights 4) Inner peace 5) Peaceful communication 6) Buddhist peaceful means.
