การศึกษาวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในชุมชนสุขฤดี แขวงท่าแร้ง เขตบางเขน กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล  2) เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของผู้นำชุมชนเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนในชุมชนสุขฤดี  แขวงท่าแร้ง เขตบางเขน กรุงเทพมหานคร 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในชุมชนสุขฤดี แขวงท่าแร้ง เขตบางเขน กรุงเทพมหานคร การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ ดำเนินตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 1,400 คน ซึ่งหาขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตาราง ของ Taro Yamane ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 150 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามนำมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยโปรแกรมวิเคราะห์สถิติทางสังคมศาสตร์ เพื่อหาค่าสถิติต่างๆ และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ๗ คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท

1) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในชุมชนสุขฤดีแขวงท่าแร้ง เขตบางเขน กรุงเทพมหา นคร พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านร่างกาย มีการส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนในชุมชนรับประทานอาหารที่เหมาะสมและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อร่างกาย ด้านจิตใจ ผู้นำชุมชนสุขฤดีส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนในชุมชนได้เห็นความสำคัญของวันสำคัญทางพระพุทธศาสนา และจัดให้มีการเข้าค่ายคุณธรรมจริยธรรมภายในชุมชนอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม ประชาชนในชุมชนได้เข้าร่วมประชุมเพื่อปรึกษาเสนอแนะแนวทางในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีภายในชุมชน และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ผู้นำชุมชนสุขฤดีจัดให้มีการบำรุงรักษาแหล่งน้ำลำคลองภายในชุมชน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2) บทบาทของผู้นำชุมชนเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตในชุมชนสุขฤดี เขตบางเขน กรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า ผู้นำชุมชนชุมชนสุขฤดี ได้มีบทบาทในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน ในด้านต่างๆ คือ ด้านร่างกาย ส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนในชุมชนออกกำลังกายให้มากยิ่งขึ้นกว่าเดิม เพื่อให้สมบูรณ์แข็งแรง ด้านจิตใจ ส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนในชุมชนเข้ารับการอบรมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม เพื่อขัดเกลาจิตใจ เช่น ปฏิบัติธรรมในวันสำคัญต่างๆ มีการสวดมนต์และนั่งสมาธิ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม จัดเสนองบประมาณต่อภาครัฐ เพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ด้อยโอกาส ผู้พิการ ผู้สูงอายุ ให้ได้รับโอกาสเท่าเทียมกับประชาชนในชุมชน และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจกับประชาชนในชุมชนให้เห็นคุณค่าที่แท้จริงของต้นไม้และควรให้มีการปลูกต้นไม้ทดแทน 

3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในชุมชนสุขฤดี กรุงเทพ มหานคร พบว่า ด้านร่างกาย ประชาชนในชุมชนไม่ค่อยสนใจในการออกกำลังกาย เพราะมุ่งแต่ประกอบสัมมาอาชีพเป็นส่วนใหญ่  ผู้นำส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนในชุมชนออกกำลังกายให้มากขึ้นกว่าเดิม เพื่อให้สมบูรณ์แข็งแรง ด้านจิตใจ ชุมชนยังขาดสถานที่ที่ให้คำปรึกษาในปัญหาต่างๆ กับประชาชนในชุมชน ผู้นำชุมชนดูแลเอาใจใส่และคอยให้คำปรึกษา โดยมีการรับฟังและคอยแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ให้กับประชาชนในชุมชน ด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม ผู้ด้อยโอกาส ผู้พิการ ผู้สูงอายุ ยังขาดงบประมาณช่วยเหลือจากภาครัฐ ผู้นำชุมชนควรจัดงบประมาณหรือจัดตั้งศูนย์ช่วยเหลือผู้ด้อยโอกาส ผู้พิการ ผู้สูงอายุ เพื่อให้ได้รับโอกาสเท่าเทียมกันกับประชาชนในชุมชน และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ประชาชนในชุมชนยังขาดความเอาใจใส่หรือความไม่รู้คุณค่าที่แท้จริงของต้นไม้ ผู้นำชุมชนควรให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจให้กับประชาชนในชุมชนให้เห็นคุณค่าที่แท้จริงของต้นไม้และควรให้มีการปลูกต้นไม้ทดแทน

 

The main objectives of this study are: i) to study level of people’s life-quality in Sukrudee community, Ta-raeng Sub-district, Bangkhen District, Bangkok; ii) to study leader's roles in people’s life-quality development in Sukrudee community, Ta-raeng Sub-district, Bangkhen District, Bangkok; and iii) to study obstacles and problems in people’s life-quality development in Sukrudee community, Ta-raeng Sub-district, Bangkhen District, Bangkok. It is a Mixed Methods: quantitative research, a survey research in which data are collected by using questionnaires and the size of the sample group was 150 out of 1,400 people determined by using Taro Yamane's table, and the collected data were analyzed by the statistical analysis program in social science to find various statistics; and qualitative research in which data were collected by using in-depth interview with 7 key-informants, and the collected data were analyzed by context content analysis technique.

The findings of the study revealed that:

1) The study of level of people’s life-quality in Sukrudee community, Ta-raeng Sub-district, Bangkhen District, Bangkok has been found that the overall were found at a high level, having considered each aspect, the aspect of social relations was in the highest level. The physical aspect: the leader supports and encourages people in the community to eat food being appropriate and beneficial to body; the mind: the leader encourages people in the community to realize the importance of Buddhist days by arranging a moral camp within the community continuously; the social relations: people in the community attend the meeting to consult and suggest ways to build good relationships within the community; and the environment: the community leader provides maintenance of water sources, canals within the community at the highest level.

2) The study of leader's roles in people’s life-quality development in Sukrudee community, Ta-raeng Sub-district, Bangkhen District, Bangkok has been found that the leader has played a great role in improving people's life quality in various aspects, namely: the physical aspect: the leader encourages people in the community to exercise more than ever in order to be completed; the mental: the leader encourages people in the community to receive moral training in order to polish the mind, such as practicing meditation in the Buddhist important days, chanting and sitting meditation; the social relations: the leader proposes budget to the government sector to help the underprivileged, the disabled, and the elderly to receive equal opportunities with people in the community; and the environment: the leader provides knowledge and understanding to people in the community to realize the true value of tree and should plant for replacement of the cut tree.

3) to study obstacles and problems in people’s life-quality development in Sukrudee community, Ta-raeng Sub-district, Bangkhen District, Bangkok has been found that the physical aspect: people were not interested by exercise but focused only on working, the leader encourages people in the community to exercise more than ever in order to be completed; the mental: the community still lacks a place to give advice on various problems, the leader encourages people in the community to receive moral training in order to polish the mind, such as practicing meditation in the Buddhist important days, chanting and sitting meditation; the social relations: the disadvantaged, the disabled and the elderly still lack the budget from the government, the leader proposes budget to the government sector to help the underprivileged, the disabled, and the elderly to receive equal opportunities with people in the community; and the environment: the community still lack the attention or ignorance of the true value of tree, the leader provides knowledge and understanding to people in the community to realize the true value of tree and should plant for replacement of the cut tree.
