บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตประชาชนในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลย่านมัทรี  อำเภอพยุหะคีรี  จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของหลักภาวนา 4 กับการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตประชาชนในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลย่านมัทรี  อำเภอพยุหะคีรี  จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตประชาชนในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลย่านมัทรี  อำเภอพยุหะคีรี  จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ตามหลักภาวนา 4  เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้การศึกษาวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ด้ายการแจกแบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 360 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน โดยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสังคมศาสตร์ และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ  จำนวน 17 รูป/คน โดยการเลือกแบบแบบเจาะจง มีการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลและความคิดเห็นที่ได้
จากการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ นำไปสู่การนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตประชาชนในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลย่านมัทรี  อำเภอพยุหคีรี จังหวัดนครสวรรค์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตประชาชนในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลย่านมัทรี  อำเภอพยุหะคีรี  จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ตามหลักภาวนา 4 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก  ( x̅ = 3.92. S.D. = 0.78)   เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน และการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตประชาชนในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลย่านมัทรี ตามเครื่องมือวัดคุณภาพชีวิตขององค์การอนามัยโลก โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 3.74. S.D. = 0.69) เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 

2. ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง หลักภาวนา 4 กับหลักคุณภาพชีวิตตามแนวคิดขององค์การอนามัยโลก พบว่า มีค่าความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยมีค่าความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกหรือความสัมพันธ์กันในลักษณะที่คล้อยตามกันเป็นคู่ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก ( Pearson Correlation (r) = 0.802** ) ดังนั้น จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

3. แนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตประชาชนในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลย่านมัทรี อำเภอพยุหะคีรี จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ 1) ด้านกายภาพ มีการดำเนินการปรับปรุงซ่อมแซมบ้านเรือนการสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันน้ำและการดูแลด้านสุขภาพและการส่งต่อสถานพยาบาลยามเจ็บป่วย และการสันจรไปมาที่สะดวก 2) ด้านจิตใจ  มีการจัดทำโครงการจิตอาสา การต่อต้านการทุจริต โดยให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมและจัดตั้งโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุรวมทั้งจัดกลุ่มอาชีพสตรีให้ได้พบปะพูดคุยและได้อาชีพมีรายได้ 3) ด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม ส่งเสริมให้มีการจัดกิจกรรมวันสำคัญทางศาสนา และการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาสร้างความสามัคคีเพื่อความสัมพันธ์ในสังคมหมู่บ้านและชุมชน 4) ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม  จัดอบรมให้ความรู้กับประชาชนในการคัดแยกขยะก่อนทิ้งการทำเกษตรปลอดมลพิษ และการแปรรูปวัสดุจากการเกษตรให้เกิดคุณค่าสร้างรายได้

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the life quality of people in Yan Matsi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phayuha Khiri District, Nakhon Sawan Province; 2) to study the relationship between Bhavana 4 and the life quality development of people in Yan Matsi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phayuha Khiri District, Nakhon Sawan Province; 3) to propose guidelines for improving the life quality of people in Yan Matsi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phayuha Khiri District, Nakhon Sawan Province according to Bhavana 4. It was a mixed methods research. In terms of quantitative research, exploratory research was used by distributing  a questionnaire to a sample of 360 people. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficients as well as using statistical package for the social science. In the aspect of qualitative research,  in-depth interview was conducted with 17 key informants by purposive sampling. Data and opinions obtained from quantitative and qualitative research were linked leading to the presentation of guidelines for improving the life quality of people in Yan Matsi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phayuha Khiri District, Nakhon Sawan Province.

The results showed that

1. The level of the life quality of people in Yan Matsi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phayuha Khiri District, Nakhon Sawan Province according to Bhavana 4 overall was at a high level ( x̅= 3.92. S.D. = 0.78). When classified by aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in all aspects. For development of the life quality of people in Yan Matsi Subdistrict Administrative Organization according to the World Health Organization Quality of Life Measures, overall, it was at a high level (( x̅= 3.74. S.D. = 0.69). When classified by aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in all aspects.

2. The results of the relationship analysis between Bhavana 4 and the principles of the life quality according to the concept of World Health Organization found that there was a statistically significant relationship at the 0.01 level with a positive correlation or relationship together in a manner consistent with each other as a couple, overall, it was at a very high level (Pearson Correlation (r) = 0.802** ), so the hypothesis was accepted.

3. Guidelines for improving the life quality of people in Yan Matsi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phayuha Khiri District, Nakhon Sawan Province were as follows: 1) in physical aspect, there was a renovation of the house, construction of dams to prevent water, and health care and referral to hospitals when people were sick and convenient traffic; 2) in spiritual aspect, volunteer projects had been established. There was anti corruption by allowing people to participate and establishing schools for the elderly, including organizing women's career groups to meet, talk and get a career with income; 3) in social relations aspect, organizing activities on important religious days was promoted. Sports competitions were organized to build unity for relations in the village society and community; in the aspect of environment, there should be training to educate the public on how to separate waste before discarding, pollution-free farming and the processing of agricultural materials to create value and generate income.
