การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการพื้นที่มรดกโลกอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 2) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการพื้นที่มรดกโลกอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาและ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการ   พื้นที่มรดกโลกอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์    จังหวัด      พระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 368 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยค่าร้อยละ หาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและเปรียบเทียบ 

1. การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการพื้นที่มรดกโลกอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.54 เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อ พบว่า ข้อว่า ท่านได้มีส่วนร่วมปฏิบัติในการบูรณปฏิสังขรณ์ / ดูแลรักษาความสะอาด / การกำจัดวัชพืช / สิ่งกีดขวาง/และความปลอดภัย ในอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ข้อว่าท่านมีส่วนร่วมในการเป็นคณะกรรมการในเผยแพร่และจัดงานในกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ด้านการจัดการทรัพยากร โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ข้อว่า ท่านได้ร่วมวางแผนในการแก้ปัญหาอันเกิดจากภัยต่างๆ ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2. ผลจากระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการพื้นที่มรดกโลกอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาพบว่า โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.52 ด้านการได้รับประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.65 

3. ปัญหาอุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการพื้นที่มรดกโลกอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์โลกจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ด้านการจัดการพื้นที่ ชุมชนไม่ได้เข้าไปมีส่วนร่วม หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรให้ชุมชนได้เข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมจัดการด้านพื้นที่อย่างเต็มที่ ด้านการปกป้อง ชุมชนได้เข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมจัดการด้านการปกป้องพื้นที่ ควรจัดให้มีการพบปะกันระหว่างชุมชนกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อทำความเข้าใจด้านนี้อย่างชัดเจน หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรให้ชุมชนได้เข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมจัดการด้านนี้อย่างเต็มที่

 

This research has 3 objectives: 1) to study community participation in the management of the world heritage site Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya. 2) to study and compare the level of public opinion on community participation in the management of the world heritage site Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya. and 3) to study problems obstacles and suggestions on community participation in the management of the aforesaid area by selecting a specific type the number of sample groups was 36 people. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. T-test, one-way analysis of variance and compare.

The research results are as follows:

1. Community participation in the management of the world heritage site Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya Province, in the overall picture, was at a high level with an average of = 3.54 when considering each item, it was found that he had participated in the restoration / maintenance / weeding / barrier / and safety In the historical park at the highest level. When considering each item, it was found that he participated in being a committee in publishing and organizing activities in various aspects of resource management at a moderate level. When considering each item, it was found that he had planned to solve problems caused by various threats that would occur in the historical park at the highest level. 

2. The results of the comparison of the level of public opinion about community participation in the management of the previously mentioned area, found that the overall picture was at a high level with an average of = 3.52. In the highest level with average = 3.65

3. Problems, obstacles and suggestions about community participation in the management of the world heritage site, Ayutthaya historical park area. The community did not participate. Relevant agencies should allow the community to fully participate in the area management. Protection The community has participated in managing the area protection. Should have a meeting between communities and related agencies to understand this clearly relevant agency should allow the community to fully participate in this area.
