บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการถอดบทเรียนวิสาหกิจชุมชนบ้านเจ้าคุณแปรรูปผลผลิตทางการเกษตรอำเภอป่าแดด จังหวัดเชียงรายมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการการบริหารจัดการของวิสาหกิจชุมชนบ้านเจ้าคุณแปรรูปผลผลิตทางการเกษตรอำเภอป่าแดด จังหวัดเชียงราย 2)เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมกับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นและภาคีเครือข่ายในการบริหารจัดการของวิสาหกิจชุมชนบ้านเจ้าคุณแปรรูปผลผลิตทางการเกษตร อำเภอป่าแดด จังหวัดเชียงราย  3)เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการของวิสาหกิจชุมชนบ้านเจ้าคุณแปรรูปผลผลิตทางการเกษตร อำเภอป่าแดด จังหวัดเชียงรายการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก     (In-depth Interview) กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ (Key Informants) จำนวน 15 ท่าน คือ ประธานกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน เลขานุการวิสาหกิจชุมชน ตัวแทนกรรมการวิสาหกิจชุมชน จำนวน 8ท่าน และผู้นำชุมชนหรือผู้ปฏิบัติงานในด้านวิสาหกิจชุมชน หรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในด้านวิสาหกิจชุมชนจำนวน 5 ท่าน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1. วิสาหกิจชุมชนบ้านเจ้าคุณแปรรูปผลผลิตทางการเกษตรอำเภอป่าแดด จังหวัดเชียงรายมีกระบวนการบริหารจัดการ๘ ด้าน ดังนี้ 1 การวางแผนการดำเนินงาน 2. การจัดการทรัพยากรและการเงิน 3. การจัดการระบบบัญชี 4. การบริหารโครงสร้างและบทบาทหน้าที่ 5. การกำหนดกฎระเบียบหรือข้อตกลง 6. การบริหารธุรกิจ 7. การจัดการข้อมูล และ 8. การสื่อสาร กระบวนการบริหารจัดการของวิสาหกิจชุมชนบ้านเจ้าคุณแปรรูปผลผลิตทางการเกษตร สามารถทำให้สมาชิกมีรายได้เสริมเกิดขึ้นในครัวเรือน ส่งผลให้สมาชิกมีความเป็นอยู่และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น

2. การมีส่วนร่วมกับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นและภาคีเครือข่ายในการบริหารจัดการของวิสาหกิจชุมชนบ้านเจ้าคุณแปรรูปผลผลิตทางการเกษตร อำเภอป่าแดด จังหวัดเชียงราย
แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ด้าน คือ 1. การฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพ รวมทั้งการสร้างงานสร้างอาชีพ๒. การพัฒนาทักษะ โดยการประชุมสัมมนาและฝึกปฏิบัติ๓. การพัฒนาความรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการเงินการบัญชี และ 4. การสนับสนุนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกด้านต่างๆ

               3. รูปแบบกระบวนการบริหารจัดการของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนบ้านเจ้าคุณแปรรูปผลผลิตทางการเกษตร อำเภอป่าแดด จังหวัดเชียงรายคือ การนำกระบวนการบริหารจัดการมาบูรณาการแบบเชิงพุทธ พบว่าปัจจัยสำคัญของการบริหารจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชนแบบเชิงพุทธ คือ ฐานเดิมทางสังคม
ที่ชุมชนเหล่านั้นมีอยู่เป็นฐานรากของการพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย 1. ภูมิปัญญาที่สืบทอดกันมาหลาย
ชั่วอายุคนจนถึงยุคปัจจุบัน 2. เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 3. การเรียนรู้ 4. การมีส่วนร่วม โดยการบริหารจัดการแบบบูรณาการส่งผลให้ชุมชนและวิสาหกิจชุมชน มีความเจริญก้าวหน้า สามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้  และนำพาวิสาหกิจชุมชนและสมาชิกให้มีความมั่นคง มั่งคั่ง ยั่งยืน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย การมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีมีการสร้างงาน/สร้างอาชีพ การพึ่งพาตนเอง เกิดเครือข่าย และเกิดสวัสดิการต่าง

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

This thesis entitled “A Lesson of Community Enterprise of Banchaokhun in Agriproducts Processing, Padaet  District, Chiang Rai Province” has three objectives:  1)  to study the management process of community enterprise of Banchaokhun in agriproducts processing, Padaet district, Chiang Rai province, 2)  to study the participation given by local  administrative organizations and networks in the management  of community enterprise of Banchaokhun in agriproducts processing, Padaet district, Chiang Rai province, and ) to propose the management model of community enterprise of Banchaokhun in agriproducts processing, Padaet district,  Chiang Rai province. This is a qualitative research done by in-depth interview of 15 key informants who are group leaders, secretaries and 8 representatives of the community enterprise including 5 community leaders, enterprise workers or those who involve the community enterprise. The content analysis was used in the research.

The research findings were found as follows:

1) In the community enterprise of Banchaokhun in agriproducts processing, Padaet district, Chiang Rai province, eight management processes were clearly found as follows: 1) planning process, 2) management of resources and finance, 3) management of accounting system, 4) management of the structure, roles and duties, 5) setting up the regulations and agreements, 6) business management, 7) data management, and 8) communication. By virtue of the mentioned processes, it has been bringing about the additional income to its members where their livelihood and quality of life are better improved.

2) In the participation shared by the local administrative organizations and networks in the management of community enterprise of Banchaokhun in the agriproducts processing, Padaet district, Chiang Rai province, four important aspects were divided as follows: 1) professional training and job creation, 2) skills development through seminars and workshops, 3) development of knowledge relating to management, finance and accounting, and 4) facilitating accommodations.

                 3) In the management model of community enterprise of Banchaokhun in the agriproducts processing, Padaet district, Chiang Rai province, based on the Buddhist integrated management, it considerably showed that the important factors of Buddhist management of community enterprise are the original social bases whereby those communities have being  utilizing them and they comprise of the following components: 1) indigenous knowledge succeeded by generations till the present, 2) sufficiency economy, 3) learning, and 4) participation. Through the integrated management model, the above mentioned community enterprise has been bringing about the prosperity and self-reliance to its all members leading to the security, wealthy and sustainability where the quality of life is highly improved resulting in providing job creation, networks and variety of welfares
