บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานเพื่อพัฒนาสังคมของเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานเพื่อพัฒนาสังคมของเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลาตามทัศนะของประชาชนที่มี เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ ต่างกัน 3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานเพื่อพัฒนาสังคมของเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ประชาชนที่อยู่ในเขตเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ จำนวน 159,130 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามการใช้สูตรคำนวนของ ทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปคอมพิวเตอร์ในการคำนวณค่าสถิติ ประกอบด้วย สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistics) ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) วิเคราะห์ทางสถิติเพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยใช้ การทดสอบค่าที t-test และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ F-test วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way ANOVA) การเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ โดยวิธีการทดสอบของเชพเฟ่ (Schaeffer)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                1) การบริหารงานเพื่อพัฒนาสังคมของเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา พบว่า การบริหารงานเพื่อพัฒนาสังคมของเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่โดยรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (X̅ =4.04) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการศึกษา การกีฬา ศาสนา ศิลปวัฒนธรรม และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (X̅ =4.21) รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านการพัฒนาชุมชนและสวัสดิการ (X̅ =4.11) และด้านสาธารณสุข (X̅ =4.09) ส่วนด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชน มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด (X̅ =3.87 ตามลำดับ และเมื่อจำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพและรายได้ต่อเดือน พบว่า ประชาชนมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานเพื่อพัฒนาสังคมของเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อยู่ในระดับมาก ทุกด้าน

                 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานเพื่อพัฒนาสังคมของเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา พบว่าประชาชนที่มี เพศ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพและรายได้ต่อเดือนต่างกัน  มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานเพื่อพัฒนาสังคมของเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ โดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนประชาชนที่มี อายุต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานเพื่อพัฒนาสังคมของเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 

                 3) ข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางการบริหารงานเพื่อพัฒนาสังคมของเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา มีดังนี้ ผู้บริหารและผู้เกี่ยวข้องของเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ ต้องกำหนดแผนยุทธศาสตร์ในการพัฒนาเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ ให้เป็นรูปธรรม สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของประชาชนในพื้นที่ได้จริง โดยเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนและผู้เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่าย ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดหรือจัดทำแผนงานและโครงการทุกระดับ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง ต้องร่วมคิด ร่วมวางแผน ร่วมทำ และร่วมรับผิดชอบในโครงการและกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาสังคมของเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ ทั้งหมด ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ด้านการศึกษา การกีฬา ศาสนา ศิลปวัฒนธรรม ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และด้านอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

  The objectives of this thesis were as follows: 1) to study the job administration for social development of Nakhon Had Yai Municipality, Had Yai district, Songkhla province, 2) to compare the job administration for social development of Nakhon Had Yai Municipality, Had Yai district, Songkhla province in terms of sexes, ages, degrees of education, occupations and incomes as differently, and 3) to study the suggestion on the way to develop on job for social development of Nakhon Had Yai Municipality, Had Yai district, Songkhla province. Thepopulation were composed of people who live in Nakhon Had Yai Municipality area for 159,130 persons, sample sizes according to Taro Yamane’s table measurement, the samples were amount 400 persons, data analysis by package computer program, the statistics were as follows; percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test (one way ANOVA) and to test the mean in each pair by scheffe’s method.

              The Findings were as follows;

              1) The job administration for social development of Nakhon Had Yai Municipality, Had Yai district, Songkhla province found that by overview was at more level (X̅  = 4.04) when considered in each aspect found that the aspect of education, sport, religion, art and culture and local wisdom was the highest mean (X̅ = 4.21) and followed up the aspect of development for community and welfare (X̅ = 4.11) and the aspect of public health (X̅ = 4.09) and the aspect of security in wealth and life was the lowestmean (X̅ = 3.87) respectively and when classified in terms of sexes, ages, degrees of education, occupations and incomes found that there were at more level all aspect. 

              2) The comparative result on job administration for social development of Nakhon Had Yai Municipality, Had Yai district, Songkhla province found that in terms of sexes, degrees of education, occupations and monthly incomes by overview there were different as statistically significant at .05 but in terms of ages found that there were not different.

              3) The suggestion on the way to perform job for social development of Nakhon Had Yai Municipality, Had Yai district, Songkhla province there were as follows; the administrators or concerning must be determined for strategic plan in development of municipality as concrete object which can be responded the need of people in the area as reality with giving opportunity to people and concerning all sections can be participated in planning for all levels especially participation in thinking, planning, acting and responsibility in activities and projects which are concerned with social development of Nakhon Had Yai Municipality over all eighter education, sport, religion, art and culture, local wisdom or any others which are concerned.
