บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

              “การปฏิบัติตนตามหลักศีล  ของเจ้าหน้าที่แขวงทางหลวง จังหวัดนครปฐม” มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติตนตามหลักศีล 5 ของเจ้าหน้าที่แขวงทางหลวง จังหวัดนครปฐม, เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติตนตามหลักศีล 5 ของเจ้าหน้าที่แขวงทางหลวง จังหวัดนครปฐม จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตนตามหลักศีล 5 ของเจ้าหน้าที่แขวงทางหลวง จังหวัดนครปฐม 

            ศึกษาวิจัยโดยใช้การวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Method) โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) ที่เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) ที่เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้ การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interviews) โดยเก็บแบบสอบถามจากเจ้าหน้าที่แขวงทางหลวง จังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 216 คน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างได้ 141 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการและมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างโดยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการทดสอบ ค่าเอฟ (f-test) โดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA) โดยกำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

              ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

            1) ระดับการปฏิบัติตนตามหลักศีล 5 ของเจ้าหน้าที่แขวงทางหลวง จังหวัดนครปฐมภาพรวมทั้งหมดอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.59) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านแล้วทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และด้านที่มากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านเว้นจากการฆ่าสัตว์ ( = 4.76) รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านเว้นจากการลักทรัพย์ ( = 4.71) และด้านที่น้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านเว้นจากการดื่มสุราเมรัย ( = 4.35)  

                 2) การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของ เจ้าหน้าที่แขวงทางหลวงที่มี เพศ อายุ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการปฏิบัติตนตามหลักศีล 5 ของเจ้าหน้าที่แขวงทางหลวง จังหวัดนครปฐมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ยกเว้น เจ้าหน้าที่แขวงทางหลวงที่มี วุฒิการศึกษา มีความคิดไม่แตกต่างกัน

            3) สภาพปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตนตามหลักศีล 5 ของเจ้าหน้าที่แขวงทางหลวง จังหวัดนครปฐม พบว่า มากที่สุด คือคนส่วนใหญ่ไม่เชื่อเรื่องการรักษาศีล จึงทำให้มีคนจำนวนมากละเลยในการประพฤติปฏิบัติในทางที่ดีและข้อเสนอแนะที่มากที่สุด คือ ควรประพฤติตนให้ดีทั้งกาย วาจา และใจ และเป็นบุคคลตัวอย่างในอนาคต

            4) ผลการสัมภาษณ์ พบว่า การรักษาศีล 5 มีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างมาก และควรกระทำอย่างค่อยๆ เป็นค่อยๆ ไป ดังนั้นหัวใจสำคัญสำคัญของการรักษาศีล 5 ควรรักษาทั้งกาย วาจา และใจ การรักษาศีล 5

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

              The research on “Self-Practice according to the Five Precepts of Highway Officers, Nakhon Pathom Province” has an objective to study the conduct according to the five precepts of the Highway District Officers Nakhon Pathom Province, to compare the behavior according to the five precepts of the highway district officials Nakhon Pathom Province classified by personal factors and to study problems, obstacles, and recommendations on the conduct of the five precepts of the highway authorities, Nakhon Pathom Province.

                This research was operated by using mixed research using a quantitative research method that collected data by using questionnaires and qualitative research that collected data using In-depth Interviews with questionnaires collected from highway officials, Nakhon Pathom Province. The number of people 216, with a random sampling of 141 people. It is characterized by a checklist and 5 evaluation scales, and an open-ended questionnaire, an interview questionnaire, frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, comparison of differences by t-test, and F test. The test was operated by the one-way ANOVA analysis method with statistical significance at the 0.05 levels.

The research results were found that:

                 1) Level of conduct according to the five precepts of the highway district officer Nakhon Pathom Province, overall, the overall level was at the highest level         (= 4.59). When considering each aspect, all aspects were at the highest level. And the lowest side was the abstinence from slaughter (= 4.76), followed by the abstinence from burglary (= 4.71) and the lowest was the abstinence from drinking alcohol (= 4 .35)

                     2) Comparison of opinions of Highway District Officers with gender, age, and work experience have opinions on the conduct of the 5 precepts of the highway authorities Nakhon Pathom Province had a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level, except for highway sub-district officers with educational qualifications with no difference thinking.

              3) Problems related to the performance according to the five precepts of the highway district officer, Nakhon Pathom Province found that most people did not believe in observing the precepts. As a result, many people neglect good behavior. The greatest suggestion is to conduct yourself well, both mentally and physically, and to be an example in the future.

             4) The results of the interview showed that observing the five precepts is very important. It should be done gradually and gradually. Therefore, the heart of the five precepts should be both bodies, verbal and mind.
