บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรธุรกิจก่อสร้างในกรุงเทพมหานคร 2. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรธุรกิจก่อสร้างในกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 3. เพื่อนำเสนอการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรธุรกิจก่อสร้างในกรุงเทพมหานคร ดำเนินการตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.889 เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรของบริษัททั้ง 5 แห่ง จำนวน 386 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 18 รูปหรือคน แบบตัวต่อตัว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนาและการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะจำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน เพื่อยืนยันองค์ความรู้หลังจากการสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. คุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรธุรกิจก่อสร้างในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านแล้ว ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านความสมดุลระหว่างหน่วยงานกับชีวิตส่วนตัว
2) ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ส่งเสริมคุณภาพ 3) ด้านประชาธิปไตยในองค์กร 4) ด้านโอกาสในการพัฒนา ขีดความสามารถของตน 5) ด้านมีกิจกรรมที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคม 6) ด้านการบูรณาการทางสังคม
7) ด้านความมั่นคงในการทำงาน และ 8) ด้านการได้รับสิ่งตอบแทนที่เพียงพอ พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน

2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรธุรกิจก่อสร้างในกรุงเทพมหานคร      พบว่า 1) กระบวนการบริหารจัดการ PDCA 3 ด้าน ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตบุคลากรธุรกิจก่อสร้างในกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้แก่ ด้านการวางแผน (Plan) ด้านการปรับปรุงแก้ไข (Act) และด้านการปฏิบัติตามแผน (Do) โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 74.5 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01    2) หลักทิฏฐธัมมิกัตถประโยชน์ 4 ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตบุคลากรธุรกิจก่อสร้างในกรุงเทพมหานครทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านคบหาคนดีเป็นมิตร (กัลยาณมิตตตา) ด้านความขยันหมั่นเพียร (อุฏฐานสัมปทา) ด้านเลี้ยงชีวิตแต่พอดี (สมชีวิตา) และด้านรักษาทรัพย์ (อารักขาสัมปทา) โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 78.8 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

3. การบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรธุรกิจก่อสร้างในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยการบูรณาการหลักการบริหารจัดการ : PDCA ได้แก่ การวางแผนการปฎิบัติตามแผน การตรวจสอบ และการปรับปรุงแก้ไข และหลักพุทธธรรม ได้แก่ หลักทิฏฐธัมมิกัตถประโยชน์ 4 พบว่า มีการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต ดังนี้ 1) ด้านความขยันหมั่นเพียร (อุฏฐานสัมปทา) ได้แก่ ส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรมีความรับผิดชอบต่อภาระหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ส่งเสริม      การทำงานทุกอย่างอย่างมีเป้าหมายและตั้งใจทำงาน สุดความสามารถตน สนับสนุนการแสวงหาความรู้ใหม่ ๆ อยู่ตลอดเวลา 2) ด้านรักษาทรัพย์ (อารักขาสัมปทา) ได้แก่ ส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรรักษาหน้าที่การงานไม่ให้เสื่อมเสีย ส่งเสริมบุคลากรรู้จักออม ส่งเสริมบุคลากรรู้จักบริหารค่าใช้จ่าย      อย่างมีเหตุผล 3) ด้านคบหาคนดีเป็นมิตร (กัลยาณมิตตตา) ได้แก่ เลือกบุคลากรที่ดีมีศีลธรรม      ยกย่องคนที่ควรสรรเสริญ ส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรมีทุกข์มีสุขร่วมกัน และ 4) ด้านเลี้ยงชีวิตแต่พอดี     (สมชีวิตา) ได้แก่ ส่งเสริมการใช้จ่ายให้เป็นไปพอเหมาะพอดี สนับสนุนให้บุคลากรใช้ทรัพย์ให้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการดำรงชีวิตอย่างถูกต้อง

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this dissertation were: 1. To study the quality of life of construction business personnel in Bangkok Metropolis. 2. To study factors affecting the quality of life of construction business personnel in Bangkok Metropolis and      3. To propose the Buddhadhamma principles integration for developing the quality of life of construction business personnel in Bangkok Metropolis, conducted           by the mixed methods. The quantitative research used a questionnaire with a total reliability value of 0.889 to collect data from 386 samples who were personnel of    5 companies. Analyzed the data by determining frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The qualitative research collected data by face-to-face in-depth interviewing 18 key. Data were analyzed      by content descriptive interpretation. Data were also collected from 9 participants        in focus group discussions to confirm knowledge after data synthesis.

Findings were as follows:

1. Quality of life of construction business personnel in Bangkok Metropolis, by overall, was at high level. When classified into each aspect consisted of             1) the balance between the companies and the personal life, 2) the environmental aspects that promoted quality. 3) democracy in the organization, 4) opportunities     for capacity development, 5) activities that were beneficial to society, 6) social integration, 7) work security, and 8) adequate remuneration, were found to be         at a considerable high level in all aspects.

2. Factors affecting the quality of life of construction business personnel  in Bangkok Metropolis were found that 1) The management process affected          the quality of life of construction business personnel in Bangkok Metropolis in          3 aspects, namely the planning (Plan), the improvement (Act) , the implementation of the plan (Do), together predicted 74.5 percent with statistically significant            value at 0.01 level. 2) The principle of Ditthadhammikatha-dhamma 4, affected         the development of the quality of life of construction business personnel in Bangkok Metropolis in all 4 aspects, namely association with good friends (Kalyanamittata), diligence aspect (Utthanasampada), balanced livelihood (Samajivita) and property protection (Arakkhasampada), together predicted 78.8 percent with statistically significant value at 0.01 level.

3. Buddhadhamma principles and Management Process PDCA (Plan Do Check and Act) Integration for developing the quality of life of construction business personnel in Bangkok Metropolis namely 1) diligence (Utthasampada), by encouraging personnel to be responsible for their assigned duties; promoting all works with goals and work to the best of one's ability and supporting the pursuit of new knowledge  at all times. 2) asset preservation (Arakkhasampada), by encouraging personnel to maintain their duties not to be tarnished, encouraging personnel to know how to save and to spend reasonably, 3) association with good and friendly people (Kalyanamittata) by choosing good and moral personnel, praising people who should be praised, encouraging personnel to have hardship and happiness together, and     4) balanced livelihood (Mamajivita) by encouraging personnel to spend moderately and supporting personnel to use assets for the benefit of living correctly.
