บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาการส่งเสริมการพัฒนากีฬาอาชีพของการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย 2. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการส่งเสริมการพัฒนากีฬาอาชีพของการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย 3. เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนากีฬาอาชีพของการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย ดำเนินการวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 307 คน ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนา โดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเป็นการศึกษาภาคสนามด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 18 รูปหรือคน และการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะจำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน เพื่อยืนยันองค์ความรู้หลังจากการสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล     

             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

             1. การส่งเสริมการพัฒนากีฬาอาชีพ พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้านโดยเรียงลำดับดังนี้ ส่งเสริมการบริหารจัดการองค์กรกีฬาอาชีพให้มีมาตรฐานและสร้างความร่วมมือทุกภาคส่วนให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน โดยกำหนดแผนกลยุทธ์และโครงสร้างการบริหารจัดการที่ชัดเจนและเหมาะสมกับการกีฬาอาชีพ จัดการธุรกิจกีฬาแบบครบวงจร สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย รองลงมาคือ การจัดการระเบียบข้อบังคับให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมกีฬาอาชีพอย่างมีธรรมาภิบาลและเท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง ยกระดับมาตรฐานการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาอาชีพ โดยสนับสนุนการจัดการแข่งขันที่มีมาตรฐานสากล รวมทั้งกำกับดูแลและติดตามประเมินการพัฒนากีฬาอาชีพให้ได้มาตรฐานทั่วประเทศ และพัฒนานักกีฬาและบุคลากรกีฬาอาชีพเข้าสู่เส้นทางกีฬาอาชีพตามมาตรฐานสากล โดยนักกีฬา ผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬา ผู้ตัดสินกีฬาได้รับการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาให้มีสมรรถนะบนฐานวิทยาศาสตร์มาตรฐานสากล   

             2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการส่งเสริมการพัฒนากีฬาอาชีพของการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย พบว่า 1) กระบวนการบริหารจัดการส่งผลต่อการส่งเสริมการพัฒนากีฬาอาชีพของการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย 5 ด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และ 0.05 โดยเรียงลำดับตามสมการดังนี้คือ การรายงาน การบริหารงบประมาณ การประสานงาน การวางแผน การอำนวยการ และ กระบวนการบริหารจัดการสามารถร่วมกันทำนายการส่งเสริมการพัฒนากีฬาอาชีพของการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย ได้ร้อยละ 65.9 (Adjusted R²=.569) 2) หลักอิทธิบาท 4 ส่งผลต่อการส่งเสริมการพัฒนากีฬาอาชีพของการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทยทั้ง 4 ด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยเรียงลำดับตามสมการดังนี้คือ วิมังสา ทำงานด้วยปัญญา, ฉันทะ รักงาน, จิตตะ ใส่ใจงาน, วิริยะ สู้งาน และหลักอิทธิบาท 4 สามารถร่วมกันทำนายการส่งเสริมการพัฒนากีฬาอาชีพของการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย ได้ร้อยละ 72.3 (Adjusted R²=.723)

             3. รูปแบบการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนากีฬาอาชีพของการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย ดังนี้ การส่งเสริมการพัฒนากีฬาอาชีพของการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย ทั้ง 4 ด้านประกอบด้วย 1. พัฒนานักกีฬาและบุคลากรกีฬาอาชีพเข้าสู่เส้นทางกีฬาอาชีพตามมาตรฐานสากล 2. ยกระดับมาตรฐานการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาอาชีพ 3. การจัดการระเบียบข้อบังคับ ให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมกีฬาอาชีพอย่างมีธรรมาภิบาลและเท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง 4. ส่งเสริมการบริหารจัดการองค์กรกีฬาอาชีพให้มีมาตรฐานและสร้างความร่วมมือทุกภาคส่วนให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน โดยประยุกต์กับพุทธศาสตร์การกีฬา (อิทธิบาท 4) เพื่อนำมาสู่การพัฒนางานกีฬาอาชีพ คือ ฉันทะ: มีใจรักในการกีฬา วิริยะ: พากเพียรทำงานกีฬาอย่างมุ่งมั่น จิตตะ: ติดตามตรวจสอบงานกีฬาอย่างแข็งขัน วิมังสา: รอบคอบแก้ไขให้เท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง และมีกระบวนการบริหาร ทั้ง 7 คือ การวางแผน การจัดองค์การ การจัดการบุคลากร การอำนวยการ การประสานงาน การรายงาน การบริหารงบประมาณ ด้านเป็นพื้นฐานในการส่งเสริมการพัฒนากีฬาอาชีพของการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทยให้ประสบความสำเร็จ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this dissertation were: 1. To study the promotion of professional sports development of the Sports Authority of Thailand. 2. To study the factors affecting the promotion of professional sports development of the Sports Authority of Thailand. 3. To propose a model of Buddha-dhamma application for promoting the professional sports development of the Sports Authority of Thailand, conducted by the mixed research methods. The quantitative research collected data from 307 samples, analyzed data with descriptive statistics; frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple linear regression with a statistical program package. The qualitative research collected data by in-depth interviewing 18 key informants and 9 participants n focus group discussion to confirm the Knowledge after data synthesis.     

             Findings were as follows:   

             1. The promotion of professional sports development was found that, by overall, was at a high level. Each aspect was found that all aspects were at high level, in the following order: Promoting the management of professional sports organizations to meet standards and create cooperation from all sectors for sustainable growth by establishing a clear strategic plan and management structure suitable for professional sports, complete sports business management, creating a network of cooperation in the development of innovation and modern technology. followed by the management of regulations in accordance with the Professional Sports Promotion Act with good governance and keep up with changes. Raising the standards of professional sports management by supporting the organization of competitions that meet international standards Including supervising and monitoring the development of professional sports to meet standards throughout the country and developing athletes and professional sports personnel into professional sports paths according to international standards by athletes, sports coaches Sports referees being developed to have competencies based on international standards of science.

                 2. Factors affecting the promotion of professional sports development of the Sports Authority of Thailand were found that 1) the administrative process affecting the promotion of professional sports development of the Sports Authority of Thailand in 5 aspects with the statistically significant level at the 0.01 level. and 0.05 respectively, according to the following equations: reporting, budget management, coordination, planning, directing and management processes could together predict the promotion of professional sports development of the Sports Authority of Thailand at 65.9 percent. (Adjusted R²=.569). 2) Idthibada 4 principle affected the promotion of professional sports development in all 4 aspects of the Sports Authority of Thailand with statistically significant level at 0.01, ranked according to the following equations: Wimansa Work with wisdom, Chanta love to work, Chitta, care about work, Viriya effort to work and Idthibada 4 principles could together predict the promotion of professional sports development of the Sports Authority of Thailand at 72.3 percent (Adjusted R²=.723).

    3. A model of Buddha-dhamma application for promoting the professional sports development of the Sports Authority of Thailand was as follows: The promotion of professional sports development of the Sports Authority of Thailand consisted of 4 aspects: 1) Developing athletes and professional sports personnel into professional sports paths according to international standards 2) Raising professional sports competition management standards 3. Regulating regulations in accordance with the Professional Sports Promotion Act with good governance keeping up with changes,  4. Promoting the management of professional sports organizations to meet standards and to create cooperation from all sectors for sustainable growth by applying Buddhist Sport (Idthibat 4) to lead to the professional sports development, namely: Chanda: Passionate about sports, Viriya: Persevere in sports work with determination, Chitta: Actively monitoring sports events, Wimamsa: Careful corrections to catch up with changes. And there were 7 administrative processes, namely, planning, organizing, personnel management, directing, coordinating, reporting, budget management. Buddha-dhamma application with administrative processes were the basis for promoting the professional sports successful development of the Sports Authority of Thailand.
