บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

             ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ 2. ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ และ 3. นำเสนอพุทธบูรณาการเพื่อส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ ดำเนินการตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี ประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.94 เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ จำนวน 341 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบขั้นตอน และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 18 รูปหรือคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนาและการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะจำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน

                        ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

             1. ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม 2) ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ 3) ด้านความสามารถในการรวมกลุ่ม 4) ด้านความสามารถของคณะกรรมการ และ 5) ด้านการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับ พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน และสามารถอธิบายองค์ประกอบในแต่ละด้านของประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดชัยภูมิเพิ่มเติม ได้ดังนี้ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม กองทุนจัดให้มีการประชุมและทำกิจกรรมร่วมกัน ตลอดจนกองทุนหมู่บ้านเปิดโอกาสให้มีส่วนร่วมมากขึ้นในทุกมิติ ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ กองทุนจัดให้มีการอบรม ให้ความรู้ ศึกษาดูงาน รวมถึงกองทุนหมู่บ้านจัดให้มีการระดมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกด้วยกันในกองทุน ด้านความสามารถในการรวมกลุ่ม กองทุนหมู่บ้านจัดสร้างกลุ่มย่อยให้มีการรวมกลุ่มที่หลากหลายขึ้น ด้านความสามารถของคณะกรรมการ คณะกรรมการควรพิจารณาจากความรู้ความสามารถและประสบการณ์ และคณะกรรมการสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาให้สมาชิกได้ ด้านการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับ สมาชิกปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับเข้าใจร่วมกัน และระเบียบข้อบังคับต้องเป็นไปในแนวทางเดียวกัน

             2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ พบว่า 1) กระบวนการบริหารงาน ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ มี 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการปฏิบัติ และด้านการปรับปรุง มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 แสดงว่า กระบวนการบริหารงาน ร่วมกันทำนายประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ ได้ร้อยละ 54.5 และ 2) หลักพละ 4 ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ มี 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านปัญญาพละ ด้านวิริยะพละ ด้านอนวัขชพละ และด้านสังคหพละ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 แสดงว่า หลักพละ 4 ร่วมกันทำนายประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ ได้ร้อย ละ 51.5

             3. พุทธบูรณาการเพื่อส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ พบว่า เป็นการน้อมนำหลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนามาประยุกต์เพื่อให้เกิดเป็นพุทธบูรณาการคือ หลักพละ 4 ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านปัญญาพละ กำลังความรู้ 2) ด้านวิริยะพละ นำสู่การปฏิบัติ 3)ด้านอนวัชชพละ ซื่อสัตย์สุจริต และ4) ด้านสังคหพละ มีจิตอาสา พร้อมกับนำเอาหลักการจัดการสมัยใหม่ คือ หลักกระบวนการบริหารงาน มาบูรณาการจนนำไปสู่พุทธบูรณาการเพื่อส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการบริหารของกองทุนหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ ได้แก่ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ด้านความสามารถในการรวมกลุ่ม ด้านความสามารถของคณะกรรมการ และด้านการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this dissertation were:  1. To study the administrative efficiency of the Village Fund in Chaiyaphum province, 2. To study of factors affecting the administrative efficiency of the Village Fund in Chaiyaphum Province, and 3. To Propose Buddhist integration to promote the administrative efficiency of the Village Fund in Chaiyaphum Province, conducted by the mixed research methods. The quantitative research was conducted using questionnaires with a total reliability value of 0.94 to collect data from 341 samples who were members of the Village Fund in Chaiyaphum Province, and analyzed the data using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and analysis using stepped regression analysis. The qualitative research, data were collected by using in-depth interviews with 18 key informants and from 9 participants in focus group discussion. Data were analyzed by content descriptive interpretation.

               Findings of the research were as follows:

              1. The administrative efficiency of the village fund in Chaiyaphum Province, by overall, was at high level. Each aspect consisted of 1) participation, 2) creativity, 3) ability to organize groups, 4) ability of the committee, and 5) compliance with regulations, were found to be at a high level in all aspects, and the components of each aspect of the administrative efficiency of the Village Fund in Chaiyaphum Province can be further explained as follows: In terms of participation, it was found that the Fund held meetings and activities together, as well as the Village Fund provided opportunities for greater participation in all dimensions. In terms of creativity, it was found that the fund provided training, education, study visits, and the fund provided for mobilization and exchange of opinions of members together of the fund group. In terms of ability to organize groups, it was found that the Village Fund organized sub-groups to have a wider range of groups. Competence of the Committee, it was found that the Committee should be considered by their knowledge, abilities and experience, and the Committee could solve problems for members. In terms of compliance with regulations, it is found that members comply with the regulations, understand together, and the regulations must be in the same direction.

              2. Factors affecting the administrative efficiency of the Village Fund in Chaiyaphum Province were found that 1) the administrative process; this affected the administrative efficiency of the Village Fund in Chaiyaphum Province in 2 aspects are do and action, with statistically significant value  at the 0.01 level; indicating that  the joint administrative process could  predict the administrative efficiency of the Village Fund in Chaiyaphum province  by 54.5 percent,  and 2)  the principle of Bala 4 affected the administrative efficiency of the Village Fund in Chaiyaphum Province with  statistically significant value at 0.01 level indicating that the Bala 4 could jointly predict the administrative  efficiency of the village fund in Chaiyaphum province by 51.5 percent.

              3. Buddhist Integration to promote the administrative efficiency of the Village Funds in Chaiyaphum Province was found that the integration of the Bala 4 consisted of 1) Pannă Bala wisdom and strength knowledge 2) Viriya Bala perseverance and physical strength put into practice 3) Anavajja Bala honest and 4) Sangaha Bala have a volunteer spirit along with the introduction of modern management principles, namely the management process to integrate until it leads to Buddhist integration to promote the administrative efficiency of the village funds in Chaiyaphum Province, namely in terms of Participation, Creativity, The ability to integrate, The ability of the Board of Directors, and Regulatory compliance.
