            This is a qualitative research consisting of three objectives, namely 1) to study the Theravada Buddhist Studies program (Buddhikasiksa) of Khmer community in Travinh Province in Vietnam, 2) to study the strategies in developing Buddhist Studies according to Theravada Buddhism and modern sciences, and 3) to propose the development strategy of Theravada Buddhist Studies program (Buddhikasiksa) of Khmer community in Travinh Province in Vietnam. The collection data and the in-depth interviews were carried out with 6 key informants from 2 countries. They are monks and a Buddhist scholar working in Buddhist Studies academic affairs.

                 The findings found that the Theravada Buddhist Studies program is a monastic school system standard for Khmer children for 100% free of charge. The strategies in developing Buddhist Studies are an integrated Theravada Buddhist Studies with modern sciences. The development strategy of Theravada Buddhist Studies program represents the applications of the four noble truths action framework in Buddhism and the four BSP actions framework in blue ocean strategy in developing from the primary strategic plan in existence to the amazing change under a big revolution and reform principles. A curriculum and guideline of the old program have been revised successfully. This is good for Buddhist Studies strategic development and the lifelong learning for the mindset and skills.
