บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 และ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ของโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษาในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 178 คน ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 5 ท่าน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้สถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบหาค่าที (t-test) และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

          ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า :

          1) การดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ของโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษาในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีการดำเนินการอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน

          2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ของโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษาในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

          3) ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ของโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษาในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ส่วนใหญ่เสนอแนะให้ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษานำหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ประยุกต์ใช้กับวงจรคุณภาพ PDCA ในทุกด้าน และส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรสู่การปฏิบัติเพื่อผลสำเร็จอย่างต่อเนื่อง

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

          The objectives of this research were; 1) To study internal educational quality assurance according to the 4 iddhipadas principle, 2) To compare internal educational quality assurance according to the 4 iddhipadas principle, and 3) To present guidelines for internal educational quality assurance according to the 4 iddhipadas principle, of private schools for ordinary education in Nakhon Si Thammarat province. This was a quantitative research using questionnaires, data was collected from 178 respondents. Additionally using the interview form, data was collected from 5 key informants. Quantitative data was analyzed using percentage, standard deviation statistics, testing for t-test and content analysis.

          The research results found that:

          1) The implementation of internal educational quality assurance according to the 4 iddhipadas principle of private schools for ordinary education in Nakhon Si Thammarat province, was overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the implementation was at a high level in every aspect.

          2) The results of the comparison of internal educational quality assurance according to the 4 iddhipadas principle of private schools for ordinary education in Nakhon Si Thammarat province, classified by overall position and each aspect were no differences, statistically significant at a level of 0.05.

          3) Guidance regarding internal educational quality assurance according to the 4 iddhipadas principle of private schools for ordinary education in Nakhon Si Thammarat province, recommends that school administrators apply the 4 Iddhipadas principle applying them to PDCA cycle in all areas and encourage staff to practice for continuous success.
