บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

              วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครู และนักเรียน ที่มีต่อบทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียน ในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ 2) เปรียบเทียบ ความพึงพอใจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครู และผู้เรียน ที่มีต่อบทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรเรียน     ในจังหวัดสุรินทร์จำแนกสถานภาพ ตามเพศ อายุ และระดับการศึกษา 3) ศึกษาข้อคิดเห็น ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อนำไปพัฒนาการปฏิบัติงานของพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียน ในจังหวัดสุรินทร์

             ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

             1. ระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้บริหาร ครูและนักเรียนที่มีต่อบทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ พบว่า โดยภาพรวม ผู้บริหาร ครูและนักเรียนผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม มีความพึงพอใจต่อพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านคุณลักษณะของครู  ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน  ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล  ด้านสื่อการสอน  ด้านการกําหนดเนื้อหาวิชา และด้านวิธีการสอน

            2. เปรียบเทียบสมมติฐานความพึงพอใจของผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนที่มีต่อพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียนจังหวัดสุรินทร์ จําแนกตาม สถานภาพ เพศ อายุ พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างกัน และจากผลการวิเคราะห์ตัวแปรรายด้าน พบว่าด้านคุณลักษณะทั่วไปของครู ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผล ด้านการกําหนดเนื้อหาวิชา ด้านวิธีการสอน ด้านสื่อการสอน และด้านการ จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน มีความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างกัน

             3. ข้อเสนอแนะของผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนที่มีต่อบทบาทพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียน ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของผู้บริหาร ครูและนักเรียนที่มีต่อบทบาทพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียน 6 ด้าน โดยส่วนมากเห็นว่าโครงการพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียนเป็นโครงการที่ดี ควรให้มีโครงการนี้ตลอดไป เพราะพระสงฆ์ที่สอนนั้นเป็นผู้มีความรู้ ความสามารถ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยถือว่า             เป็นผลลัพที่ดีและน่าพอใจเป็นอย่างยิ่ง แต่ยังมีบางส่วนในแต่ละด้านที่ผู้บริหาร ครูและนักเรียนส่วน   น้อยได้ให้ข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาอุปสรรค และแนวทางแก้ไข มีดังนี้

             1)  ปัญหาและอุปสรรค คือ ครูไม่เป็นกลาง มีความสนิทสนมกับนักเรียนมากเกินไป  ไม่มีคุณภาพขาดความน่าเชื่อถือ ไม่มีความพร้อมในการสอน ไม่สร้างความคุ้นเคยกับนักเรียน      สอนเนื้อหามากเกินไปไม่สอดคล้องกับธรรมชาติ ไม่ครอบคลุมไม่ชัดเจนไม่เข้ากับปัจจุบันมีสื่อประกอบน้อย สอนไม่ค่อยเข้าใจ ไม่สนุกสนาน กิจกรรมไม่ค่อยมี

             2) แนวทางการสอนศีลธรรม คือ ครูควรจะทําตัวให้เป็นกลาง ไม่สนิทสนมกับนักเรียนมากเกินไป หมั่นศึกษาหาความรู้อยู่เสมอ ทําตัวให้น่าเชื่อถือ เตรียมความพร้อมก่อนที่จะสอน ทักทายสร้างความคุ้นเคยกับนักเรียน สอนเนื้อหาให้สอดคล้องกับธรรมชาติ ให้ครอบคลุมและชัดเจน เนื้อหาให้เข้ากับปัจจุบัน ควรจะมีสื่อประกอบ หาแนวทางสอนให้เข้าใจ สร้างบรรยากาศให้สนุกสนาน กิจกรรมต้องหลากหลาย

               The purpose of this thesis is to study 1) the level of satisfaction of school administrators, teachers, and students with the roles of the moral teaching in school. In group, 2) compare the satisfaction of school administrators, teachers and students, with the roles of the moral teaching in the school in Surin province which classified status by gender, age and education, 3) to study the comments, Suggestions for the development operations of the moral teaching in schools in the Surin Province.

               The study found that
