บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

           งานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการคือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดเรื่องสิ่งแวดล้อมและสภาพปัญหาด้านน้ำเสียของบริษัทผลิตเครื่องสำอางในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมนวนคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาหลักพุทธธรรมที่สนับสนุนการแก้ปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านน้ำเสีย 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางบริหารจัดการเพื่อแก้ปัญหาน้ำเสียที่บริษัทผลิตเครื่องสำอางในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมนวนครตามหลักพุทธธรรม

           ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

            บริษัทผลิตเครื่องสำอางปล่อยน้ำเสียออกสู่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมนวนคร ค่าที่วัดได้มีทั้งอยู่ในเกณฑ์และคุณภาพต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กําหนด ปัญหามาจากวัตถุดิบ สารเคมี และกระบวนการผลิตเครื่องสำอาง อันมีการย่อยสลายได้ยากต้องผ่านการบำบัดก่อนจึงปล่อยออกสู่นิคมอุตสาหกรรม นวนคร  การนำหลักพุทธธรรมมาสนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านน้ำเสีย ในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท ใช้ทางสายกลาง อิทัปปัจจยตา และอริยสัจ 4 ที่นำไปสู่การจัดการน้ำเสียให้เกิดสมดุลธรรมชาติอย่างยั่งยืนทางเลือกสำหรับการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมโดยไม่ละทิ้งสิ่งแวดล้อม

             แนวทางในการบริหารจัดการของบริษัทผลิตเครื่องสำอางและนิคมอุตสาหกรรม นวนคร แนวทางปฏิบัติต้องบำบัดน้ำเสียเบื้องต้นก่อนปล่อยออกสู่ส่วนกลาง ในกรณีน้ำเสียมีคุณภาพต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ได้กำหนด มาตรการคิดค่าบริการกําจัดน้ำเสียเพิ่มเป็นประมาณ 2-6 เท่าของอัตราค่าบริการกําจัดน้ำเสียปกติ จึงอนุญาตให้ระบายลงท่อรวมส่วนกลางได้ ระบบบําบัดเป็นแบบผสมผสานระหว่างระบบแอคติเวทเต็ดสลัดจากแบบ Extended Aeration และแบบคลองเวียนวน (Oxidation Ditch; OD) สามารถสร้างกระบวนการทางอริยมรรคโดยมีความเห็นชอบในการใช้สิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อไม่ให้เกิดปัญหา กำหนดมาตรการ ดำเนินการระหว่างระบบกับธรรมชาติอย่างสมดุล

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

        The thesis entitled “The Environmental Problem Solving of Waste Water According to the Buddhist Doctrines: A Case Study of the Cosmetic Manufacturing Company in Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate” consisted of three objectives: 1) to study the concepts of environment and the wastewater problems of cosmetics manufacturing company in Nava Nakorn industrial estate; 2) to study the Buddhist doctrines supporting the solving of environmental problems of wastewater; and 3) to present the guidelines for the management of solving the wastewater problem of the cosmetics manufacturing company in Nava Nakorn industrial estate based on Buddhist principles.

        From the study, it was found as follows:  

        The cosmetics manufacturing company has released waste water into Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, with the measured values divided into two results: either meeting the criteria or having the quality that is lower than the specified criteria. The problems are caused by raw materials, chemicals and cosmetic production processes that are difficult to decompose, causing the necessity to go through the waste water treatment process before being drained to Nava Nakorn industrial estate. The application of the Buddhist doctrines to support the solving of environmental problems of waste water consists of the Middle Path, Specific Conditionality (Idappaccayatā), and the Four Noble Truths (Ariyasacca) will lead to the waste water management in order to achieve a sustainable natural balance. This is considered as an alternative for industrial development without neglecting the environment.

         From the study of the guidelines for the management of cosmetic manufacturing company and Nava Nakorn industrial estate, it was found that in the case that the waste water has the quality that is lower than the specified criteria, the waste water treatment must be implemented first before draining the water into the central sewer. While the measure of sewage disposal charges will be increased to approximately 2-6 times than the normal rate. The treatment system is a combination of the Extended Aeration Activated Sludge (EAAS) and Oxidation Ditch (OD) system. The cosmetics manufacturing company can apply the Buddhist doctrines to create the process based on the Noble Path in the use of the environment to prevent problems, formulate measures and implement the balance between nature and system.
