บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

               การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง “การศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์ความสำคัญของหลักฆราวาสธรรม 4 ในการเสริมสร้างสันติสุขสู่ชุมชนตำบลหนองแสง อำเภอวาปีปทุม จังหวัดมหาสารคาม” มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.เพื่อศึกษาหลักฆราวาสธรรม 4 และแนวคิดเรื่องสันติสุขในคัมภีร์พระพุทธศาสนา 2.เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์สภาพปัจจุบันในการเสริมสร้างสันติสุขสู่ชุมชนตำบลหนองแสง อำเภอวาปีปทุม จังหวัดมหาสารคาม   3.เพื่อศึกษาความสำคัญของหลักฆราวาสธรรม 4 ในการเสริมสร้างสันติสุขสู่ชุมชนตำบลหนองแสง อำเภอวาปีปทุม จังหวัดมหาสารคาม การวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเซิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยวิธีการศึกษารวบรวม ข้อมูลเอกสาร (Documentary) และการศึกษาข้อมูลภาคสนาม(Field Work study) จึงสามารถสรุปผลการวิจัย

              ผลการวิจัยพบว่า มีการนำหลักคำสอนที่พระพุทธองค์แสดงไว้เพื่อให้ผู้อยู่ครองเรือนได้นำไปเป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินชีวิตให้ประสบความสำเร็จตามที่ตั้งเป้าหมายไว้ บุคคลผู้มีความเกี่ยวข้องกันจำเป็นต้องมีธรรมะเป็นเครื่องมือในการปฏิบัติตนต่อกัน จึงจะทำให้อยู่ด้วยกันอย่างมีความสุขอย่างสันติสุข การมีส่วนร่วมกันของคนในชุมชนเพื่อให้เกิดสันติสุขนั้นจะต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์การอยู่ร่วมกันในกฎระเบียบจารีต กฎหมาย และมีคุณธรรม รวมทั้งจะต้องมีจริยธรรมในการช่วยเหลือ แบ่งปันกัน มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของสังคม รวมถึงการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลส่วนที่เป็นสาธารณะให้ได้คงไว้เพื่อประโยชน์ต่อส่วนรวม  การมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมการเมืองการปกครอง และการปฏิบัติตามคุณธรรมของการอยู่ร่วมกันตามหลักศาสนาที่ เหล่านี้จะช่วยทำให้ประชาชนสามารถอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสันติสุข การมี สัจจะ ย่อมทำให้ เป็นคนมีความรับผิดชอบ เป็นคนหนักแน่นมั่นคง ชีวิตและหน้าที่การงานมีความเจริญก้าวหน้า มีคนเคารพยกย่อง มีคนเชื่อถือและเกรงใจ ซึ่งการอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคม หรืออยู่กับคนอื่น  เราต้องปรับตัวเข้าหาเขาและมากกว่าที่จะให้เขาต้องปรับตัวเข้าหาเรา อดกลั้นในปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และจะต้องแก้ปัญหานั้นด้วยความรอบคอบร่วมกันของคนในชุมชนและสังคม  ผู้ที่มีขันตินั้นจะเป็นเครื่องประกันฐานะทางสังคมได้อย่างดี และจะเป็นผู้ที่มีความอดทนไม่เกิดความท้อแท้โดยง่าย  ความเสียสละ ความเผื่อแผ่ แบ่งปัน หรือคือการให้นั่นเอง ที่เราต้องช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูล เรียกว่าต้องแบ่งปันช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน เป็นคุณธรรมขั้นพื้นฐานของผู้ที่อยู่ร่วมกันในชุมชน เป็นเครื่องมือสร้างลักษณะนิสัยให้เป็นคนที่เห็นแก่ประโยชน์สุขของส่วนร่วมมากกว่าประโยชน์สุขส่วนตัว จึงจะเป็นชุมชนที่เรียกว่า ชุมชนสันติสุขอย่างแท้จริง โดยสามารถสรุปการมีส่วนรวมของชุมชนในการเสริมสร้างสันติสุขสู่ชุมชน พบว่า  ด้านส่งเสริมการศึกษา ชุมชนตำบลหนองแสงให้ทุกคนได้มีส่วนร่วมที่จะมุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมพัฒนาลูกหลานให้มีการศึกษาไปพร้อมๆ กับการพัฒนาชุมชนแบบวิถีเกษตรกรต้องมีการปรับแนวคิดทัศนคติใหม่เพื่อให้ทุกคนอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสันติสุข  ด้านการปกครอง ทุกคนในชุมชนต้องมีส่วนร่วมร่วมมือกันแก้ไขปัญหานั้นได้มีการปรึกษาหารือและหาแนวทางป้องกันแก้ไข เนื่องจากการทำงานของชุมชนเป็นการทำงานหมู่มากทำให้บางครั้งการทำงานมีปัญหาขัดแย้งภายในต้องมีการปรับปรุงระบบการจัดการให้กับวิถีชุมชน คือ ชุมชนต้องร่วมมือกันเพื่อคานอำนาจภายใต้การบริหารของตำบลเพื่อลดปัญหาความขัดแย้งของชุมชน และการแบ่งแยกชนชั้นทางสังคม สร้างความสามัคคีอย่างสันติสุข  ด้านศาสนา วัฒนธรรมและประเพณี  ชุมชนหนองแสงมีการส่งเสริมให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมด้วยการให้นำเอาหลักธรรมศาสนามาควบคุมดูแลคนในชุมชนไม่ให้มีการไม่ทะเลาะ แก่งแย่ง วิวาท มุ่งร้าย ภาวะที่ไม่มีความขัดแย้ง บรรยากาศแห่งความเมตตา มิตรภาพ ปราศจากความมีอันตราย เป็นเอกภาพและความสอดคล้องประสานกลมเกลียว ความเสรีภาพสันติสุข และความยุติธรรมของบุคคล เป็นต้น

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

               The thesis entitled “An Analytical Study of the Importance of Gharāvāsa-dhamma in Creating a Peaceful Nong Saeng Community, Wapi Pathum District, Mahasarakham Province” consisted of three objectives: 1) to study Gharāvāsa-dhamma in creating a peaceful Nong Saeng community, Wapi Pathum district, Mahasarakham province; 2) to study and analyze the current situation in creating a peaceful Nong Saeng community, Wapi Pathum district, Mahasarakham province; and 3) to study the importance of Gharāvāsa-dhamma in creating a peaceful Nong Saeng community, Wapi Pathum district, Mahasarakham province. This is a qualitative research with the data collection employing from documents and field work study.

              From the study, it revealed that the Buddhist teachings have been applied by the householders as a guideline to lead their life and achieve their set goals. People who are related need to have Dhamma as a tool to treat each other in order to live together happily and peacefully. The participation of people in the community for peace is to abide by the rules, customary laws, laws and morals for coexistence in society. Including having ethics in helping, sharing and participating in various social activities, as well as the participation of people in the community in taking care of the public to maintain the benefit of the public. Participation in political activities and the practice of virtue in coexistence will help people to live together in peace. Being truthful makes people responsible, stable, respectful, trustable and having a prosperous life and career. Living together in society or with other people, it is important that each individual has to adapt to themselves to others. Including, being tolerant of the problems and solving problems with prudence and having the cooperation of people in the community and society. Those with tolerance will be a good guarantee of social status. They will also have patience, not easily discouraged. Sacrifice, generosity, sharing, and giving are what we have to help and support each other with, which are the basic virtues of people who live together in the community and are tools to build a person to choose the common interest over personal benefits, in order to be called a truly peaceful community. From the summary of the community’s participation in creating a peaceful community, it was found in each aspect as follows: 1) Educational Promotion by which Nong Saeng subdistrict community allows everyone to participate in the promotion of children development to have education while developing the community according to the concept "farming as a way of life". The idea and attitude of people in the community must be adjusted to allow everyone to live together in peace; 2) Governance, that is, everyone in the community must participate in solving the problems. Including, having discussions and finding ways to prevent and solve the problems together because the work of the community is a large group of work, sometimes causing internal conflicts. The management of the community way must be improved, that is, the community must work together to balance the power under the administration of the sub-district to reduce the conflicts of the community and the discrimination of social classes which will lead to the creation of unity and peace; and 3) Religion, culture, and traditions by which Nong Saeng community encourages the community to participate by adopting the religious doctrines to control and prevent people from fighting, quarreling or intending to do harm towards one another. The community is encouraged to be a community without conflicts, full of kindness with a friendly atmosphere that is free from danger, as well as having unity, harmony, freedom, peace, and justice of people, etc.
