บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                การวิจัยเรื่อง “บทบาทพระสงฆ์อำเภอบรรพตพิสัยในการส่งเสริมการดำรงชีวิตของประชาชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง” เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ  (Qualitative Research)  มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) แนวคิด ทฤษฏี และหลักธรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 2) บท  บาทพระสงฆ์ตามมติมหาเถรสมาคม 3) บทบาทพระสงฆ์อำเภอบรรพตพิสัยในการส่งเสริมการดำรงชีวิตของประชาชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 

                ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

              1. แนวคิด ทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวกับปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง พบว่า เป็นแนวคิดที่มุ่งให้ประชาชนใช้ชีวิตแบบ พอประมาณ ความมีเหตุผล การสร้างภูมิคุ้มกัน ที่สำคัญหลักของปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงยังมุ่งให้ประชาชนรู้จักใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่าและเกิดประโยชน์มากที่สุดเท่าที่จะมากได้ และจะต้องสามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้อย่างยั่งยืน ซึ่งก็ตรงกับหลักคำสอนตามแนวพระพุทธศาสนาซึ่งองค์สมเด็จพระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้าได้วางหลักการดำเนินชีวิตของมนุษย์ไว้ ตามแนวสันโดษ  โดยเฉพาะบทบาทพระสงฆ์ที่มีต่อการส่งเสริมการดำรงชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ทางคณะสงฆ์ก็มีการจัดตั้งหน่วยงาน ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางที่สามารถนำมาปฏิบัติได้จริงในการดำเนินชีวิตในสังคมปัจจุบัน ก็จะสามารถอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคมได้อย่างเป็นสุขและสงบสุข

                2. บทบาทพระสงฆ์อำเภอบรรพตพิสัยในการส่งเสริมการดำรงชีวิตของประชาชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ด้านการให้ความรู้แก่ประชาชนในการดำรงชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง พบว่า พระสงฆ์ได้มีบทบาทในการสนับสนุนส่งเสริมการให้ความรู้แก่ประชาชนอย่างต่อเนื่องและสม่ำเสมอ เช่น การจัดอบรม การจัดสัมมนา การอำนวยความสะดวกในด้านสถานที่ในการจัดอบรม ในการนำเอาหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำรงชีวิต พบว่า พระสงฆ์ได้ปฏิบัติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีในการดำรงชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงดำรงตนอยู่อย่างพอเพียง แบบ พอประมาณ ความมีเหตุผล การสร้างภูมิคุ้มกัน เป็นแบบอย่างในการดำรงชีวิตอย่างสันโดษ เรียบง่ายตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง

                3. การใช้หลักพุทธธรรมในการส่งเสริมการดำรงชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเป็นหลักเศรษฐกิจทีสอดคล้องหลักธรรมในพระพุทธศาสนา หลักเศรษฐศาสตร์ตามแนวพุทธ ที่มุ่งให้มนุษย์กำจัด ความอยาก หรือความต้องการของตนเอง แทนการกระตุ้นตัณหาหรือความอยาก เพื่อให้เกิดการบริโภคมากขึ้น หลักคำสอนในพระพุทธศาสนาอยู่แล้วคือตรงกับคำว่าสันโดษ มัตตัญญุตา หรือมัชฌิชมาปฏิปทาดังนั้นพระสงฆ์อำเภอบรรพตพิสัยจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ จึงได้นำทั้งปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงคือความพอประมาณความมีเหตุผลการมีภูมิคุ้มกันที่มีความรอบรู้รอบคอบสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการดำรงชีวิตต่อคุณธรรมและหลักพุทธธรรมมาดำเนินงานภายใต้แนวคิดคุณธรรมนำความรู้ตามที่ได้นำไปสู่การปฏิบัติให้เกิดผลที่เป็นรูปธรรม เมื่อเราปฏิบัติได้ดังข้อที่กล่าวมาแล้ว ก็จะพบความสุขได้ง่ายขึ้น และยังเป็นการลดการแก่งแย่งแข่งขัน การเอารัดเอาเปรียบซึ่งกันและกัน การเบียดเบียดเบียนเพื่อนมนุษย์และสัตว์อื่น ตลอดถึงการเบียดเบียนธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุของการเกิดภัยธรรมชาติตามมา

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

              This research was a qualitative research with 3 purposes as following: 1) concepts, theories and principles relevant to the philosophy of sufficiency economy, 2) the role of Buddhist monks in Banphotphisai District in promoting the livelihood of people based on the sufficiency economy philosophy, 3) application of the Buddhist principles to promote the livelihood of people based on the principles of sufficient economy.

              The findings of this research were following:

              1. The concepts, theories related to the sufficiency economy philosophy, found that the concepts aimed at people living a modest life, reasoning, immunity. Importantly, the principles of the sufficiency economy philosophy aimed to enable the people to use the most worthwhile resources and to be able to be self-reliant which was in line with the Buddhist doctrine, which the Buddha had set the principles of human life according to solitude, especially the role of monks in promoting the way of life according to the philosophy of the sufficiency economy, the Sangha had established agencies which were practical ways to live in today's society, which they can live happily and peacefully together in society.

              2. The role of Buddhist monks in Banphotphisai District in promoting the livelihood of people based on the sufficiency economy philosophy, in providing knowledge to the people in the way of life according to the sufficiency economy philosophy, it was found that monks had a role in supporting, promoting, continuously providing knowledge to the people such as training, seminar, facilitation in the place of training, in applying the King 's sufficiency economy philosophy to life, it was found that monks acted as a good model for living according to the sufficiency economy philosophy, living in a sufficient, modest, and reasonable, immunization and being a role model for simple solitude living in accordance with the sufficiency economy philosophy.

              3. Application of the Buddhist principles to promote the livelihood of people based on the principles of sufficient economy, it was an economic principle that was consistent with the Buddhist principles, the Buddhist economic principles that aimed for humans to eliminate their own craving or desire instead of stimulating lust or craving for more consumption. The Buddhist principle already corresponded to the word ‘solitude’, Mattaññutā, or Majjhimāpatipadā. Therefore, monks in Banphotphisai District, Nakhon Sawan Province applied both the sufficiency economy philosophy which were modesty, reasoning, immunity with knowledge and prudence, support and promotion of living towards morality and principles of Buddhism to operate under the concept of morality before knowledge which leads to the implementation of concrete results. When we act according to the foregoing, it is easier to find happiness and also to reduce competition, exploitation, and encroachment with fellow humans and other animals, as well as encroaching on nature and the environment which are the causes of natural disasters.
