บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

        งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพุทธจริยศาสตร์ในการบำบัดฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติด 2) เพื่อศึกษาการบำบัดฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดของวัดพุทธเกษม 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการใช้พุทธจริยศาสตร์ในการบำบัดฟื้นฟูผู้เสพยาเสพติด เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ได้แก่ พระสงฆ์จำนวน 10 รูป เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลรักษา จำนวน 10 คน ผู้เข้ารับการบำบัดฟื้นฟู จำนวน 10 คน รวม 30 รูป/คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการพรรณนา

        ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

        พุทธจริยศาสตร์ในการบำบัดฟื้นฟูผู้เสพยาเสพติด คือ หลักภาวนา 4 คือ กายภาวนา ศีลภาวนา จิตตภาวนา และปัญญาภาวนา มิตรแท้ 4 อย่าง คือมิตรมีอุปการะคุณ มิตรร่วมสุขร่วมทุกข์มิตรแนะนำประโยชน์มิตรมีความรักใคร่ ฆราวาสธรรม คือ สัจจะ (ความซื่อสัตย์) ทมะ (การรู้จักควบคุมจิตใจ) ขันติ (ความอดทน) จาคะ (ความเสียสละ)

        การบำบัดฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดของวัดพุทธเกษม เป็นการการบำบัดฟื้นฟูแบบผสมผสานคือ 1) ใช้ยาสมนุไพรในการกำจัดสารพิษออกจากร่างกาย 2) ใช้การออกกำหลังกายและการทำกิจกรรมเพื่อกำจัดสารพิษออกจากร่างกายและสร้างความแข็งแกร่งให้กับร่างกาย 3) การสวดมนต์และปฏิบัติธรรมเข้าไปรักษาเยียวยาจิตใจ อารมณ์ สังคมและสติปัญญา 4) การอบรมธรรมหรือการฟังธรรม 5) การทำกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคม

        แนวทางการใช้พุทธจริยศาสตร์ในการบำบัดฟื้นฟูผู้เสพยาเสพติดของวัดพุทธเกษม มี 4 แนวทาง คือ 1) แนวทางการบำบัดฟื้นฟูผู้เสพยาเสพติดทางกาย 2) แนวทางการบำบัดฟื้นฟูผู้เสพยาเสพติดทางจิตใจ 3) แนวทางการบำบัดฟื้นฟูผู้เสพยาเสพติดทางปัญญา และ 4) แนวทางการบำบัดฟื้นฟูผู้เสพยาเสพติดทางสังคม

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

        The objectives of this research were: 1) to study Buddhist ethics in drug addiction treatment; 2) to study drug addiction treatment of Phuttakasem Temple; 3) to study guidelines for the use of Buddhist ethics in the therapy of drug abusers. This study was qualitative research. The research instruments were in-depth interviews and behavioral observations, and key informants were ten monks, ten caregivers, ten rehabilitation participants (in total, 30 participants). The obtained data were analyzed by the descriptive method.

        The results of the research were as follows:

        Buddhist ethics in drug addiction rehabilitation are the Four Bhāvanā Dhammas (the Four Development): Physical, Moral, Mental and Intellectual Development; the Four Suhadamitta (True Friends): the friends who are a helper, is the same in weal and woe, gives good counsel and sympathizes; the Four Gharāvāsadhamma (the Four Virtues for a Good Household Life): honesty, taming, tolerance and generosity. 

        The rehabilitation of drug addicts of Phuttakasem Temple is a combination of rehabilitation treatment by using 1) an herbal medicine to remove toxins from the body, 2) exercise and activities to remove toxins from the body and strengthen the body; 3) chanting and Dhamma practice to heal the mind, emotions, society, and intelligence; 4) Dhamma training or Dhamma listening; 5) social activities.

        There are four guidelines for the use of Buddhist ethics in the rehabilitation of drug users of Phuttakasem Temple: 1) physical drug addict rehabilitation approach; 2) psychological drug abuse rehabilitation approach; 3) guidelines for the intellectual rehabilitation of drug addicts, and 4) guidelines for the social rehabilitation of drug users.
