บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1)  เพื่อวิเคราะห์หลักพุทธธรรมและจิตวิทยาเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของชาวกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อสังเคราะห์แนวทางการสร้างรูปแบบการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธจิตวิทยาเพื่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของชาวกรุงเทพมหานคร 3) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธจิตวิทยาเพื่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของชาวกรุงเทพมหานคร การวิจัยนี้เป็นแบบผสมวิธี ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 17 ท่าน และใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 300 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้สถิติ ประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

                ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 

               1. จากการวิเคราะห์หลักพุทธธรรมและจิตวิทยาเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของชาวกรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า 1) การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในด้านการวางแผนใช้หลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 เป็นตัวกำกับให้การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในด้านการวางแผนบรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์อย่างแท้จริงและยั่งยืน 2) การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในด้านการตัดสินใจใช้หลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 เป็นตัวกำกับการตัดสินใจในกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ทำให้การตัดสินใจอยู่บนฐานข้อมูลที่รอบด้าน สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ที่เป็นปัจจุบันและความต้องการที่แท้จริงของชาวกรุงเทพมหานคร 3) การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในด้านการดำเนินการใช้หลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 เป็นตัวกำกับการดำเนินการโครงการหรือกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ทำให้เกิดผลสำเร็จที่เป็นรูปธรรม 4) การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในด้านการติดตามตรวจสอบใช้หลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 เป็นตัวกำกับการติดตามตรวจสอบการดำเนินการโครงการหรือกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ทำให้เกิดความโปร่งใส งบประมาณไปถึงประชาชนและชุมชนอย่างเต็มเม็ดเต็มหน่วย ไม่มีการทุจริตคอรัปชั่น 5) การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในด้านการรับประโยชน์ใช้หลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 เป็นตัวกำกับ ทำให้ผลประโยชน์ตกถึงประชาชนอย่างทั่วถึงและเท่าเทียม และประชาชนเกิดความพึงพอใจในผลสัมฤทธิ์ 6) การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองใช้หลักปาปณิกธรรม 3 เป็นตัวกำกับ ทำให้ผู้นำทางการเมืองมีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกล  มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญที่เกิดจากประสบการณ์ที่สั่งสมอบรมมา และมีความเป็นกัลยาณมิตรกับประชาชน 

              2. จากการสังเคราะห์แนวทางการสร้างรูปแบบการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธจิตวิทยาเพื่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของชาวกรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า ชาวกรุงเทพมหานครมีการใช้หลักทานการแบ่งปัน หลักปิยวาจาการพูดจาดีต่อกัน หลักอัตถจริยาการเอื้อเฟื้อเกื้อกูลกัน และหลักสมานัตตตาการวางตนที่เหมาะสมต่อกันต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองทั้ง 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการตัดสินใจ ด้านการดำเนินการ ด้านการติดตามตรวจสอบ และด้านการรับประโยชน์ ซึ่งทำให้ชาวกรุงเทพมหานครในเขตพระนครสามารถได้รับประโยชน์จากการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองอย่างเหมาะสมและเป็นใช้แนวทางในการสร้างรูปแบบการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธจิตวิทยาเพื่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของชาวกรุงเทพมหานคร 

            3.จากการวิเคราะห์รูปแบบการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธจิตวิทยาเพื่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของชาวกรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า รูปแบบการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธจิตวิทยาเพื่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของชาวกรุงเทพมหานครโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.98 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า รูปแบบการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธจิตวิทยาเพื่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองด้านที่มากที่สุด คือ การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการ ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.26 รองลงมา คือ การมีส่วนร่วมในการรับประโยชน์ ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.78 การมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.67 การมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผน ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.59  และน้อยที่สุด  คือ การมีส่วนร่วมในการติดตามตรวจสอบ ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.57 

         4.  องค์ความรู้ใหม่ขากการวิจัย พบว่ารูปแบบการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธจิตวิทยาเพื่อการ มีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของชาวกรุงเทพมหานคร เรียกว่า BPP 5345 YUPAPORN MODEL เป็นรูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง  ที่มีการบูรณาการหลักพุทธจิตวิทยา กับหลักการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง 5 ส่วน ส่งผลให้การเมืองไทยยกระดับคุณภาพสู่ระบอบการเมืองแบบอารยะอย่างยั่งยืน คือ ประชาชนมีชีวิตดี เพราะการเมืองที่ดี และการเมืองที่ดีนำมาซึ่งความสำเร็จในชีวิตมนุษย์ทุกกลุ่ม ทุกระดับความต้องการ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

              The study aims 1) to analyze Buddhadhamma and Psychological principles for  a political participation  of the people in Bangkok; 2) to synthesize the constructing methods of an application model of Buddhadhamma and psychological principles for  a political participation  of the people in Bangkok; and 3) to propose an application model of Buddhadhamma and psychological principles for  a political participation  of the people in Bangkok. The study is a mixed methods research between a qualitative method and quantitative one in nature. For collecting qualitative data an In-depth interview is used to collect data from 17 key informants and Focus Group Discussion is also used for collecting qualitative data.  A questionnaire is used to collect quantitative data from 300 respondents selected by a Random Sampling Method. For analyzing qualitative data a content analysis is employed and statistics including Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation is used for analyzing quantitative data.                                                                                                               

             Results of the study were as follows: 

            1. From analyzing Buddhadhamma and Psychological principles for  a political participation  of the people in Bangkok it found that 1)  A political participation in the planning aspect under the application of the four principles of services reached the real and sustainable goal of the political participation; 2) A political participation in the decision making aspect under the application of the four principles of services helped Bangkokian acquire enough information which was update and needs-oriented; 3) A political participation in the implementing aspect under the application of the four principles of services helped have produced fruitful and concrete development projects and activities; 4) A political participation in the following up aspect under the application of the four principles of services helped have produced transparent development projects and activities with enough, effectively distributed and non-corrupted budget; 5) A political participation in the following up aspect under the application of the four principles of services helped Bangkokian get enough and equal interests and be satisfied with achievements; and 6) A political participation in the following up aspect under the application of the three qualities of a successful administrator helped political leaders have a sharp and wide vision, expertise from their long-term experiences and good friendship with people.                                                                                  

            2. With regard to the synthesizing of the constructing methods of an application model of Buddhadhamma and psychological principles for Bangkokian’s political participation it found that Bangkokian applied the principles of giving, kindly speech, rendering services and equality consisting in impartiality upon 5 kinds of political participation including planning, decision making, implementing, following up, and interests gaining, resulted in their benefitting of suitably political participations as  the constructing methods of an application model of Buddhist Psychology for Bangkokian’s political participation.                                                                                           

           3. Regarding an application model of Buddhadhamma and psychological principles for  Bangkokian’s political participation it revealed an application model of Buddhadhamma and psychological principles for Bangkokian’s political participation was generally moderate with a mean value of 2.98, while considering each aspect it found that the highest application model of Buddhadhamma and psychological principles for Bangkokian’s political participation was implementing with a mean value of 4.26, a runner up was interests gaining with a mean value of 3.79, the aspect of a decision making was of a mean value of 2.67, planning was of a mean value of 2.59, and the least aspect was following up with a mean value of 2.57 only.                                                      

           4. A new form of knowledge obtained from findings was an integration of Buddhist Psychological Principles with 5 kinds of political participation of people resulted in the upgrading of a sustainable and noble  political system of Thailand with the good quality of people’s life because of a good politics and good politics brought about the success of life for all people responded all levels of human needs.
