บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                 การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการศูนย์การเรียนรู้ชุมชนเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง บ้านแม่ฮาว ตำบลห้างฉัตร อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์แนวทางการจัดการศูนย์การเรียนรู้ชุมชนเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเชิงพุทธบูรณาการ บ้านแม่ฮาว ตำบลห้างฉัตร อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ทั้งเชิงคุณภาพ และเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มเป้าหมายผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 18 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 320 คน

                 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า                                                                                                                                     การจัดการศูนย์เรียนรู้ชุมชนเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง บ้านแม่ฮาว ตำบลห้างฉัตร อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง คณะผู้บริหาร มีการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมให้เกิดการประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โดยอาศัยหลักตนเป็นที่พึ่งแห่งตน ยึดหลักความพอดี มีการวางแผนกำลังคน มีการแสวงหาคนเข้าทำงาน คัดเลือกบุคคลที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสม มีการกำหนดมาตรการหรือกติกาการใช้บริการศูนย์เรียนรู้ชุมชน มีการสร้างแรงจูงใจให้ประชาชนเสริมทักษะด้านการประกอบอาชีพ เน้นกิจกรรมส่งเสริมศิลปวัฒนธรรม จารีตประเพณีวิถีชีวิต ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น มีการพัฒนากระบวนการชุมชนเข้มแข็ง ให้เกิดพลังของคนในชุมชน ร่วมคิด ร่วมทำ ร่วมรับผิดชอบในการพัฒนา การแก้ไขปัญหา ส่วนประชาชนในชุมชนบ้านแม่ฮาว เห็นว่า การจัดการศูนย์เรียนรู้ชุมชนดังกล่าว มีการรณรงค์ให้ประชาชนรู้จักใช้จ่ายพอประมาณ รู้จักประหยัดโดยการตัดทอนรายจ่ายและลดความฟุ่มเฟือย เจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์เรียนรู้ชุมชน มีวินัยในการทำงาน ตรงต่อเวลานัดหมาย มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต และมีการแบ่งปัน ส่วนการประสานประโยชน์ มีการจัดฐานกิจกรรม และมีสื่อประกอบการเรียนรู้ประจำฐานกิจกรรม และให้ความสนใจและมีส่วนร่วมในการขับเคลื่อนหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในชุมชน ทางด้านการศึกษาเรียนรู้ เจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์เรียนรู้ชุมชน มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักการทำงานอย่างถูกต้อง

                 แนวทางการจัดการศูนย์เรียนรู้ชุมชนเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเชิงพุทธบูรณาการ บ้านแม่ฮาว ตำบลห้างฉัตร อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง มีการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมให้เกิดการประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โดยอาศัยหลักตนเป็นที่พึ่งแห่งตน ยึดหลักความพอดี มีการรณรงค์ให้ประชาชนรู้จักใช้จ่ายพอประมาณ อันเป็นไปตามหลัก “สมชีวิตา” คือ ความเป็นอยู่แต่พอควร มีการวางแผนกำลังคน มีการแสวงหาคนเข้าทำงาน คัดเลือกบุคคลที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสม สามารถบริหารจัดการเพื่อรอง รับการขอศึกษาดูงานจากสถานอื่น และให้ความสนใจและมีร่วมรับผิดชอบในการพัฒนา การแก้ไขปัญ หา ซึ่งเป็นลักษณะของหลัก “อัตถจริยา”คือ การประสานประโยชน์ มีการกำหนดมาตรการหรือกติกาการใช้บริการศูนย์เรียนรู้ชุมชน สร้างแรงจูงใจให้ประชาชนเสริมทักษะด้านการประกอบอาชีพ มีวินัยในการทำงาน มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ซึ่งเป็นไปตามหลัก “สัจจะ” ความซื่อตรง มีการส่งเสริมชุมชนให้มีกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับศิลปวัฒนธรรม จารีตประเพณีวิถีชีวิต ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงอย่างถูกต้อง อันเป็นไปตามหลัก “พาหุสัจจะ คือ การศึกษาเรียนรู้

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

                 The thesis entitled “The Management of the Sufficiency Economy Community Learning Center Based on the Buddhist Integration of Hang Chat Subdistrict, Hang Chat District, Lampang Province” consisted of two objectives: 1) to study the management of the sufficiency economy community learning center of Baan Mae Hao, Hang Chat subdistrict, Hang Chat district, Lampang province; and 2) to analyze the guidelines for the management of the sufficiency economy community learning center based on the Buddhist integration of Baan Mae Hao, Hang Chat subdistrict, Hang Chat district, Lampang province. This is mixed-methods research applying both qualitative and quantitative methods. The key informants consisted of 18 interviewees while a sample consisted of 320 respondents of questionnaire.

                 From studying the management of the sufficiency economy community learning center of Baan Mae Hao, Hang Chat subdistrict, Hang Chat district, Lampang province, it was found that the administrative team have the following implementations: organize activities to promote the application of the sufficiency economy philosophy by relying on one's self-reliance and adhering to moderation principle; have manpower planning by recruiting people to work and selecting suitable people; lay down regulations or rules for the use of community learning centers; motivate people to enhance their skills in careers focusing on activities promoting arts and culture, customs, ways of life and local knowledge; develop the community by empowering the people in the community to join hands with thinking, doing, and taking responsibility for the development and problem-solving; create a campaign for people to spend moderately including saving money by cutting expenses and reducing extravagance; train the community learning center staff to have discipline in work, to be punctual on the appointment, to be honest, and collaborate to preserve and protect the interests of the community; and provide the educational media for the activity, pay attention and participate in driving the sufficiency economy philosophy in the community, as well as promoting the community learning center staff to have knowledge and understanding of working principles correctly.

                From studying the guidelines for the management of the sufficiency economy community learning center based on the Buddhist integration of Baan Mae Hao, Hang Chat subdistrict, Hang Chat district, Lampang province, it was found as follows: the activities have been organized to promote the application of the sufficiency economy philosophy by relying on one's self-reliance and adhering to the moderation principle; a campaign has bene created for people to spend moderately which is according to Samajīvitā (Balanced Livelihood); the manpower planning has been made to recruit people to work and select suitable people to be able to support the request for a study visit from others as well as paying attention and taking responsibility for the development and problem-solving which is according to Atthacariyā (Useful Conduct); the regulations or rules for the use of community learning centers have been laid down; people have been motivated to enhance their career skills, have discipline in work and to be honest which is according to Sacca (Truth); the community has been promoted to organize activities promoting arts and culture, customs, ways of life and local knowledge including the people to have knowledge and understanding of the sufficiency economy philosophy correctly which is according to Bāhusacca (Great Learning).
