บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาจิตอาสาของนักเรียน 2) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาจิตอาสาของนักเรียน 3) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาจิตอาสาของนักเรียนในเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาทุ่งตะโก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 2 เป็นวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (Indepth Interview) ศึกษาสภาพ จำนวน 10 คน สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกใน        การร่างรูปแบบ จำนวน 3 คน สนทนากลุ่มจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (Focus Group) จำนวน 7 คน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาจิตอาสาของนักเรียน มีการดำเนินกิจกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่องตามนโยบายของหน่วยงานต้นสังกัด ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานพุทธศักราช 2551 โดยกำหนดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีกิจกรรมแนะแนว กิจกรรมนักเรียน และกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมและสาธารณประโยชน์ ที่ส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนบำเพ็ญตนให้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคม ชุมชน และท้องถิ่นตามความสนใจในลักษณะจิตอาสา 2) รูปแบบการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาจิตอาสาของนักเรียน ประกอบด้วย (1) ชื่อรูปแบบ (2) หลักการและเหตุผล (3) วัตถุประสงค์ (4) แนวทางการดำเนินการ (5) การติดตามและประเมินผล ที่เป็นไปตามทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ของบลูมด้านจิตพิสัย มีกระบวนการพัฒนา 5 ขั้น คือ ขั้นที่ 1 การรับรู้ค่านิยม ขั้นที่ 2 การตอบสนองต่อค่านิยม ขั้นที่ 3 การเห็นคุณค่าของค่านิยม ขั้นที่ 4 การจัดระบบของค่านิยม ขั้นที่ 5 การสร้างลักษณะนิสัย 3) รูปแบบการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาจิตอาสาของนักเรียน พบว่า กระบวนการพัฒนาจิตอาสาของนักเรียนเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น โดยผ่านการกลั่นกรองจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ซึ่งมีความเหมาะสม มีความเป็นไปได้ และมีความเป็นประโยชน์ สามารถนำไปใช้ได้

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

This research aimed 1) to study the condition of volunteer spirit developing activity administration of students, 2) investigating the management model of volunteer spirit developing activity administration of students in Thungtako network school, and 3) presenting the management model of volunteer spirit developing activity administration of students in Thungtako network school under Chumphon primary educational service area office 2. This was a qualitative research based on data collected from in-depth interviews, the condition study from 10 informants, 3 persons in the drafting of the model, and group discussion from 7 experts (Focus Group).

The findings were as follows: 1) Conditions of volunteer spirit developing activity administration of students were continuously conducted in accordance with the policy of the affiliated agencies, which was in line with the Core Curriculum of Basic Education 2551 B.E. (2008). Students’ activities and social and public activities were set to encourage students to have guidance-activities, students’ activities, activities for social and public interest to encourage students to serve social, community based on interests in the volunteer manner. 2) The management model of volunteer spirit developing activity administration of students consists of (1) the name of the model, (2) principles and rationale,(3) objectives, (4) guidelines, and (5) follow-up and evaluation that are in accordance with Bloom's theory of learning. Affective Domain has 5-step development process ; (1) value recognition, (2) reaction to the values, (3) appreciation of values, (4), the system of values, and (5), characterization. 3) Regarding the model of volunteer spirit developing activity administration of students, it was found that the student's volunteer development process was in accordance with the objectives of the model created by the researcher through the scrutiny of the experts. The model is appropriate, feasible, and beneficial.
