บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                 การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์และเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาบทบาทผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัย เชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 75 คน ครูผู้ดูแลรับผิดชอบระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน จำนวน 74 คน รวมจำนวน 149 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaires) แบ่งอออกเป็น 3 ตอน และแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน

              ผลการวิจัยพบว่า:  

                 1. บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน ส่วนด้านการประสานสัมพันธ์มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด ตามลำดับ  

              2. การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนา มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน ส่วนด้านการส่งต่อมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด ตามลำดับ

              3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกอยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.1

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

         The study aimed 1) to study the roles of school administrators, 2) to investigate an Implementation of the students supporting system, and 3) to study the relationship and propose guidelines for the development of the role of the school administrator and the implementation of the student supporting system.

This research is quantitative research. The sample of the research is 149 persons consisting of 75 school administrators, 74 teachers who were responsible for the student support system. Key informants were 5 school administrators. The research instruments were questionnaires divided into three parts and in-depth interviews. The statistics used in the analysis included Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation, and Pearson correlation.

The findings were as follows:

           1) The level of the role of the school administrators and the implementation of the student support system, overall, was at a high level. When each aspect was taken into consideration, it was found that an average of development of personnel was highest, followed by the promotion and support aspect whereas the average of the co-ordination was at the lowest level, respectively.

           2) The level of the implementation of the student supporting system, overall, is very high. When each aspect is taken into consideration, it was found that the level of the average of the promotion and development was highest, followed by the screening of students. The transferring aspect was at the lowest level, respectively.

           3) The average of the relationship between the role of the school administrator and the implementation of the student support system, overall, was a positive with relationship statistically significant at the level of 0.1.
