บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

           การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการนิเทศการสอนของครูโรงเรียนบ้านวังปลา 2) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการนิเทศการสอนตามหลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 ของครูโรงเรียนบ้านวังปลา 3) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการนิเทศการสอนตามหลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 ของครูโรงเรียนบ้านวังปลา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 2 โดยเป็นวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (Indepth Interview) การศึกษาสภาพ จำนวน 10 คน การร่างรูปแบบ จำนวน 3 คน สนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) จำนวน 7 คน

              ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันการนิเทศการสอนของครูโรงเรียนบ้านวังปลา มีการดำเนินการนิเทศการสอนอย่างต่อเนื่อง สอดคล้องกับการดำเนินงานด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการตามแนวนโยบายของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) รูปแบบการนิเทศการสอนตามหลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 ของครูโรงเรียนบ้านวังปลา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย (1) ชื่อรูปแบบ (2) หลักการและเหตุผล (3) วัตถุประสงค์ (4) แนวทางการดำเนินการตามการนิเทศของกลิคแมน มี 5 ด้าน คือ (ก) ด้านการให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ครูโดยตรง (ข) ด้านการพัฒนาทักษะการทำงานกลุ่ม (ค) ด้านการสร้างเสริมประสบการณ์ทางวิชาชีพ (ง) ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร (จ) ด้านการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน และ(5) การติดตามและประเมินผล 3) การนำเสนอรูปแบบการนิเทศการสอนตามหลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 ของครูโรงเรียนบ้านวังปลา พบว่า กระบวนการและวิธีการในการนิเทศการสอนเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นโดยผ่านการกลั่นกรองจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ซึ่งมีความเห็นพ้องกันว่า รูปแบบดังกล่าวมีความเหมาะสม มีความเป็นไปได้และมีความเป็นประโยชน์ สามารถนำไปใช้ได้

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research are (1) to study the condition of teaching supervision of Banwangpla School teachers. (2) to study the model of teaching supervision according to the 4 Sangkhahawatthus of Banwangpla School teachers and (3) to propose the model of teaching supervision according to the 4 Sangkhahawatthus of Banwangpla School teachers under  Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. It is the qualitative research which collected the data from in-depth interviews. The sample is 10 people for studying the condition, 3 people for designing the model, and 7 people for doing the focus group. ​

                The results of the research were as follows: 1) current conditions of teaching supervision at Banwangpla School is an on going process and related with the academic administration in accordance with the policy of the Office of the Basic Education Commission. 2) the teaching supervision according to the 4 Sangkhahawatthus of Banwangpla School teachers under Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, consists of (1) model’s name (2) principles and reason (3) objectives (4) five areas of operational guidelines according to Glickman's supervision; (a) providing direct assistance to teachers (b) developing group work skills (c) enhancing professional experiences (d) developing curriculum. (E) practicing a classroom action research and (5) monitoring and evaluating. 3) Propose of the teaching supervision model according to 4 Sangahawatthus of Banwangpla School teachers found that the process and method of teaching supervision were aligned with the objectives of the model created by the researcher through the approval from the expert. The pattern is qualified and appropriate. It's possible and useful.
