บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

     การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น 2) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช 3) เพื่อเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น  โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 15 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึก จำนวน 3 คน สนทนากลุ่ม โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ
จำนวน 7 คน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น มีขอบข่ายบริหาร 4 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านกิจกรรม 2) ด้านกรรมการ 3) ด้านกองทุน 4) ด้านภาคีเครือข่าย ดำเนินการโดยทุกภาคส่วนร่วมคิด ร่วมทำ ร่วมสร้าง ในการดำเนินงาน จัดการเรียนรู้ให้ผู้สูงอายุมีความสุข เกิดทักษะในการดูแลตนเอง มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี

2. รูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน 1) ด้านกิจกรรม คือ (1) กิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นภายในโรงเรียน
ให้ความรู้ 3 หมวดวิชา คือ วิชาชีวิต วิชาชีพ วิชาการ (2) กิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นภายนอกโรงเรียน กิจกรรม ศาสนา จิตอาสา การบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ 2) ด้านกรรมการ คือ (1) คณะกรรมการที่ปรึกษา (2) คณะกรรมการบริหาร 3) ด้านกองทุน คือ (1) แหล่งที่มากองทุน คือ สร้างกองทุนด้วยตนเอง, ขอรับการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน, ขอรับบริจาค, รายได้การจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์นักเรียนผู้สูงอายุ (2) วิธีการเข้าถึงแหล่งกองทุน (3) การใช้ประโยชน์จากแหล่งกองทุน 4) ด้านภาคีเครือข่าย คือ (1) ภาคีเครือข่ายทางสังคมภายในกลุ่ม (2) ภาคีเครือข่ายองค์กรภายนอก

3. ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิได้ตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุขององค์กรปกครอง
ส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช พบว่า มีความเหมาะสม มีความเป็นไปได้ มีความเป็นประโยชน์ สามารถนำไปใช้ได้

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

          The objectives of this research are 1) to study the status of elderly school administration of local administrative organizations,in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province 2) to study the model of elderly school administration of local administrative organizations in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province 3) to propose a model for the elderly school administration of the local government organization in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province Using qualitative research methods Collecting data on an in-depth interview 15 people involved, 3 persons with insights, group discussion by 7 experts

                      The results of the study revealed that:

                 1. The management of the senior school of the local administrative organization There are 4 areas of management: 1) activities 2) committee 3) funds 4) network partners Operated by all sectors, thinking, participating, creating, co-creating in operations Manage learning to make the elderly happy. Develop self-care skills Have a good quality of life

                 2. Model of elderly school administration of local administrative organizations Nakhon Si Thammarat province consists of 4 areas: 1) activities are (1) activities held within the school Providing Knowledge in 3 subjects: professional life, academic (2) activities    held outside the school, religious activities, volunteerism, service 2) committee, namely (1) advisory committee (2) executive committee 3) fund, namely (1) The source of the fund is to create a fund by yourself, obtain support from the government and private sectors, request for donations, income, distribution of student products, the elderly (2) methods of accessing the fund source (3) Utilization of the source 4) Networking partners: (1) Social network parties within the group (2) External organization networks

                 3.The experts examined the elderly school management model of the parent organization. Nakhon Si Thammarat local part found that it was appropriate. There is a possibility Useful Can be used
