บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพผู้เรียน 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยและเสนอแนวทางภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 4 เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 103 คน  และมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม(Questionnaires) และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย   และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

              1. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านบุคลิกภาพที่ดี และด้าน ความสามารถ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้าน คุณธรรมจริยธรรม ส่วนด้านภูมิหลังและประสบการณ์ที่ดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด

              2. คุณภาพผู้เรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านดี และ ด้านมีสุข รองลงมาคือ ด้านเก่ง

3. ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร ด้านภูมิหลังและประสบการณ์ที่ดี ด้านความรู้  ด้านทักษะ และด้านความสามารถ  ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียน และมีข้อเสนอแนะคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษานำประสบการณ์มาจัดทำแผนการเรียนรู้โดยยึดผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ  ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีบุคลิกภาพที่ดีนำไปสู่ความสำเร็จในการทำงานร่วมกันนำหลักธรรมมาใช้ในการบริหารและปฏิบัติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีเป็นผู้ที่มีความรู้เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพของสถานศึกษา เป็นผู้มีทักษะ 3 ด้าน คือ  ด้านทางการจัดการ ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และด้านเทคนิค มีความสามารถในการสร้างนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆเพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรและผู้เรียนอย่างมีศักยภาพ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) to study the academic  leadership of school administrators 2) to study the quality of learners. 3) to study  the factors and the guidelines on  academic leadership of administrators affecting  to  student quality in schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 4, this is the quantitative research, the sample composed of school administrators for 103 persons, there are five  school administrators as key informants, the instruments for this research composed of questionnaire and in depth interview form as semi structure,.  The statistics for data collection were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation. 

          The research results found that

          1. The academic  leadership of school administrators by overview were at highest mean, considered in each aspect found that the aspect of good character and the aspect of ability  were at highest mean and followed up the aspect of     virtue and ethics and the aspect of  background and good experience  was at the lowest mean.       

          2 The quality of learners by overview was at highest mean and considered in each aspect found that the aspect of good and happy was at highest mean and follow up the aspect of excellence. .

    3. The factors on academic leadership of administrators, the aspect of  background and good experience, the aspect of knowledge and skill and the aspect of ability  affecting  to  student quality, and the suggestions are as follows; the school administrators should apply the experience for  learning plan making by focus on student first. The school administrators who are good character bring out the  success in work co operation, to apply Dhamma principle for work performance  and self practice. To be a good model, to be a knowledgeable for development of schools, to be composed of three skills; management, human relation and technic, to be able in creation of new innovations for development of personel and learner as competency,
