        การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพี่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองระดับท้องถิ่นของประชาชนในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านเล่า อำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองระดับท้องถิ่นของประชาชนในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านเล่า อำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการปฏิบัติตามหลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 กับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองระดับท้องถิ่นของประชาชนในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านเล่า อำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองระดับท้องถิ่นของประชาชนในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านเล่า อำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย มีจำนวน 380 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 11 คน เครื่องมือใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-Test) และหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (r)

        ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

        1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองระดับท้องถิ่นของประชาชนในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านเล่า อำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

        2) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองระดับท้องถิ่นของประชาชนในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านเล่า อำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ พบว่า ประชาชนที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองระดับท้องถิ่น ในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านเล่า อำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

        3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการปฏิบัติตามหลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 กับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองระดับท้องถิ่นของประชาชนในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านเล่า อำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวก

        4) แนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองระดับท้องถิ่น พบว่า ภาครัฐควรให้ประชาชนได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองท้องถิ่นให้มากขึ้น และมีการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสารในสื่อออนไลน์ต่าง ๆ ให้ความสำคัญกับประชาชน โดยการเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนได้แสดงความคิดเห็นรอบด้านในการแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเลือกตั้ง การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง นโยบายและการทำงานของพรรคการเมือง เปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองมากยิ่งขึ้นในการตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับบทบาทหน้าที่ นโยบาย การพัฒนาและการแก้ปัญหาของชุมชน และเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนได้ติดตามตรวจสอบความก้าวหน้าของโครงการที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลได้ดำเนินการ การตรวจสอบการใช้งบประมาณ และด้านอื่น ๆ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

        This research had the following objectives: 1) to study the level of local political participation of the people in the Ban Lao Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Chaiyaphum District, Chaiyaphum Province; 2) to compare the local political participation of the people in the Ban Lao Subdistrict Administrative Organization; 3) to study the relationship between the implementation of the Four Saṅgahavatthu Dhamma (Bases of Social Solidarity) with the local political participation of the people in the Ban Lao Subdistrict Administrative Organization; 4) to study problems and guidelines for local political participation of the people in the Ban Lao Sub-District Administrative Organization. This was mixed-method research. The sample used in the research consisted of 380 people and 11 key informants. The research instruments were: questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used for data analysis were: Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation, t-test, F-test, and the correlation coefficient (r).

        The results of the research were as follows:

        1) The level of local political participation of the people in the Ban Lao Subdistrict Administrative Organization overall was at a moderate level.

        2) The comparison of the local political participation of the people in the Ban Lao Subdistrict Administrative Organization found that people with differences in sex, age, education, and occupations indifferently participated in local politics.

        3) The relationship between the implementation of the Four Saṅgahavatthu Dhamma and local political participation of the people in the Ban Lao Subdistrict Administrative Organization revealed a positive relationship.

        4) Local political participation guidelines are that the government should provide people with more information about local political participation. Also, there should be the dissemination of information in various online media and value the people by allowing them to express their opinions in various ways in expressing their opinions about the election, political participation, political party policies, and functions. It should give people more opportunities to participate in politics in making decisions about their roles, duties, policies, development, and solutions to community problems, and give the public an opportunity to monitor the progress of the project undertaken by the Subdistrict Administrative Organization, including budget consumption and other aspects.
