ดุษฎีนิพนธ์เรื่อง แนวทางการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการจังหวัดนนทบุรีเชิงพุทธบูรณาการ  มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยคือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการจังหวัดนนทบุรี 2) เพื่อศึกษาหลักพุทธธรรมที่ส่งเสริมการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการจังหวัดนนทบุรีเชิงพุทธบูรณาการ เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ
แล้วนำเสนอในรูปแบบพรรณนาโวหาร

ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า  แนวทางการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการจังหวัดนนทบุรีมี 6 วิธี ทั้งนี้ในทุกแนวทางก็ได้พบกับปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการบริหาร จึงได้เสนอให้นำหลักพุทธธรรมมาใช้บูรณาการแนวทางการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการจังหวัดนนทบุรี  เพื่อนำไปใช้เป็นประโยชน์ได้

แนวทางการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการจังหวัดนนทบุรีเชิงพุทธบูรณาการมีดังนี้ 1) ด้านการปกครอง ปฏิบัติตามพระธรรมวินัย กฎหมาย ข้อบังคับ คำสั่ง โดยมีหลักอปริหานิยธรรมเข้ามาบูรณาการ เพราะช่วยทำให้เกิดความเจริญในหมู่คณะ 2) ด้านการศาสนศึกษา จัดการศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรมของคณะสงฆ์ รวมทั้งการส่งเสริมพระภิกษุสามเณรให้ศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรมทุกทาง โดยมีหลักไตรสิกขาเข้ามาบูรณาการ มีศีล ฝึกฝนอบรมพัฒนาตน สมาธิ มีจิตแน่วแน่ต่อการเรียนรู้ ปัญญา ความฉลาดรอบรู้ 3) ด้านการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ จัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งเน้นการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมแก่เด็กและเยาวชนให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักพระพุทธศาสนา โดยมีหลักสังควัตถุเข้ามาบูรณาการ เพราะเป็นหลักธรรมที่ยึดเหนี่ยวจิตใจของผู้อื่น เป็นการเอื้ออาทรเกื้อกูลทางด้านการศึกษาให้กับเด็กและเยาวชน 4) ด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา โดยประกาศพระพุทธศาสนาเพื่อให้ผู้คนได้รับทราบ เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักธรรมแล้วน้อมนำไปปฏิบัติได้ มีหลักพุทธวิธีการสอนเข้ามาบูรณาการ เพราะการสอนทำให้ผู้เรียนเกิดความรู้ในระดับต่าง ๆ ตั้งแต่ระดับต่ำสุดจนถึงระดับสูงสุดทำให้ผู้เรียนนั้นมีสติปัญญามากยิ่งขึ้น 5) ด้านการสาธารณูปการ ดำเนินงานเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาวัดด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมทั้งการบูรณะ การรักษาและการก่อสร้างศาสนวัตถุในวัด โดยมีหลักพรหมวิหารเข้ามาบูรณาการ เพราะเป็นธรรมะประจำใจของท่านผู้บริหารและหลักภาวนา เป็นการทำให้เจริญขึ้น ทำให้ดีขึ้น มีการพัฒนากาย การพัฒนาสังคม การพัฒนาจิตใจและการพัฒนาปัญญา 6) ด้านการสาธารณสงเคราะห์ ดำเนินงานช่วยเหลือสังคมทั้งทางจิตใจและวัตถุในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ โดยมีหลักสาราณียธรรมเข้ามาบูรณาการ เป็นการสงเคราะห์ที่ให้ความช่วยเหลือต่อสาธารณชนอันแสดงให้เห็นถึงการมีอัธยาศัยมิตรไมตรีที่ดีต่อกัน

องค์ความใหม่ที่ได้จากการวิจัยคือ CTBBTDS = ADMINISTRATION MODEL ถือได้ว่ามีความสำคัญต่อการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการจังหวัดนนทบุรีและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อองค์กรทั้งหลาย ที่จะได้นำไปปรับใช้หรือประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์อย่างมีคุณค่าต่อไปได้

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The dissertation entitled “Guidelines for the Administration of Sangha Affairs based on the Buddhist Integration of Sangha Administrators in Nonthaburi Province” consists of three objectives, namely: 1) to study the conditions of the administration of Sangha affairs of Sangha administrators in Nonthaburi province, 2) to study the Buddhist doctrines promoting the administration of Sangha affairs, and 3) to present guidelines for the administration of Sangha Affairs based on the Buddhist integration of Sangha administrators in Nonthaburi province. This is a qualitative research by studying the data from relevant research documents and interviews with experts, then presenting in descriptive method.

The results show that there are six guidelines for the administration of Sangha affairs of Sangha administrators in Nonthaburi province. However, in every way, there consist of problems and obstacles in the administration function. The researcher, therefore, proposes that Buddhist doctrines be integrated into the administration of Sangha affairs of Sangha administrators in Nonthaburi province for a beneficial purpose.

The six guidelines for the administration of Sangha Affairs based on the Buddhist integration of Sangha administrators in Nonthaburi province are as follows: 1) Governance by integrating Aparihāniyadhamma (Conditions of Welfare) for the prosperity of the Sangha by adhering to the Dhamma Vinaya, laws, regulations, and orders; 2) Religious education by integrating Trisikkhā (the Threefold training) for the arrangement of Pariyatti-Dhamma education of the Sangha including the promotion of monks and novices to study Pariyatti-Dhamma with the purposes of self-development through Sīla (Precepts), having an unwavering mind to study through Samadhi (Concentration) and intelligence through Paññā (Wisdom); 3) Education welfare by integrating Saṅgahavatthu (Bases of social solidarity) for the arrangement of education which focuses on cultivating morality and ethics for children and youth to have knowledge and understanding of Buddhism as a way to help children and youth on education and is the principle of social service; 4) Propagation of Buddhism by integrating the Buddhist teaching methods for people to have knowledge and understanding in the Dhamma and able to practice because teaching causes learners to acquire knowledge at various levels, from the lowest level to the highest level, allowing the learners to gain more intelligence; 5) Monastic Compound Construction by integrating Brahmavihāra (Sublime states of mind) and Bhāvanā (mental development) for the implementation of temple development in the areas of buildings, locations and environment including the restoration, preservation, and construction of religious objects in the temples. Brahmavihāra is the Dhamma of administrators while Bhāvanā will cause prosperity and lead to the development of the body, society, mind, and wisdom; and 6) Public welfare by integrating Sārāṇīyadhamma (States of conciliation) for the operations in helping society, both mentally and materialistically in various forms, showing friendliness and hospitality to each other.

The new knowledge obtained from the research is “CTBBTDS = Administration Model” which can be considered as important to the administration of Sangha affairs of Sangha administrators in Nonthaburi province and beneficial for all organizations to adapt and apply the knowledge for future benefits.
