ดุษฎีนิพนธ์ เรื่อง แนวทางการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมสำหรับผู้บริหารเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมให้ยั่งยืน มีวัตถุประสงค์  ประการ คือ (1)เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาในการบริหารจัดการภายในองค์กรวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (2)เพื่อศึกษาหลักพุทธธรรมที่สามารถนำมาปรับใช้เป็นแนวทางพัฒนาผู้บริหาร SME  ในคัมภีร์พระพุทธศาสนา (3)เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมสำหรับผู้บริหารในการบริหารจัดการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมให้เกิดความมั่นคงยั่งยืน โดยประยุกต์จากหลักพุทธธรรมที่เหมาะสม โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพภาคสนาม Qualitative Field Research โดยการศึกษาเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับกลุ่มผู้บริหาร SME ในภาคการผลิตไทย

ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารธุรกิจ SME ของผู้บริหารในปัจจุบันย่อมมีปัญหาและอุปสรรคอีกมาก ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ค้นหาปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่างๆ รวมถึงแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้บริหารธุรกิจ SME โดยปัญหาส่วนใหญ่จะเริ่มมาจากตัวผู้บริหาร แนวทางในการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมสำหรับผู้บริหารเพื่อส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมให้เกิดความยั่งยืนถือว่ามีความสำคัญที่จะทำให้ธุรกิจในภาคการผลิตของไทยมีความมั่นคงไปด้วย งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้สามารถกำหนดแนวทางในการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมหลายเรื่องในการพัฒนาผู้บริหารให้เกิดแนวคิดที่ดี มีสติปัญญา ในการแก้ไขปัญหาและพัฒนาองค์กรให้ประสบผลสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายองค์กรและส่งเสริมให้ผู้บริหารธุรกิจ SME เป็นผู้นำองค์กรที่มีคุณภาพและเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีช่วยให้ลูกค้ามีความพึงพอใจและมั่นใจในการทำธุรกิจร่วมกันในระยะยาวและจะช่วยเพิ่มฐานลูกค้าใหม่ที่ดีให้กับธุรกิจนอกจากนี้ก็ยังจะมีพนักงานที่ดี มีความรักในงานและรักองค์กร มีคู่ค้าที่ดีอันจะช่วยส่งเสริมให้ธุรกิจมีความมั่นคงยั่งยืนได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Dissertation on A Way to the application of Buddha dhamma for the Leadership toware SME sutainable (1) to study management problems within the small and medium enterprise (2) to study the principles of Buddhism that can be adapted as a guideline for the development of SME executives and staff in Buddhist scriptures (3) to propose guidelines for the application of Buddhist principles for executives in managing small and medium-sized enterprises for stability and sustainability by applying from appropriate Buddhist principles. It is a qualitative field research by researching documents and in-depth interviews with SME executives in the Thai manufacturing sector.

The study results show that SME business management of executives at present, there are many problems and obstacles. In which the researcher sought to find various problems and obstacles Including solutions to problems from in-depth interview with SME business executives, most of them start from executives. Guidelines for applying Buddhist principles for executives to promote small and medium-sized enterprises to be sustainable are considered important to make the business in the Thai manufacturing sector to be stable as well. This research can set guidelines for applying Buddhist principles in many aspects of executive development to have good ideas, wisdom in problem solving and development of the organization to achieve the organization's goals and encourage SME business executives to be leaders. An organization that has quality and is a good role model and helps customers to be satisfied and confident in doing business together in the long term and will help increase the customer base is a great new addition to the business. It will also be a good partner to help encourage businesses to secure sustainable for the purposes of research.
