บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

              The purposes of this research were : 1) to study Public Consciousness level of Phathom Suksa IV Students of Ban Huai Sala School, Yanghak Sub-District,  Paktho District, Ratburi Province, 2) to develop Guidance Activities Based on Sangahavatthu 4 for Public Consciousness development of Phathom Suksa IV Students, and  3) to compare Public Consciousness Behavior of Phathom Suksa IV Students before and after using Guidance Activities Based on Sangahavatthu 4. This mixed methods research conducted quantitative method to extend the qualitative research results. Key informants were 5 School Directors and Teachers of  Phathom Suksa IV Students.  Population consisted of 23 Phathom Suksa IV Students in Academic Year 2020, Ban Huai Sala School, Yanghak Sub-District, Paktho District, Ratburi Province.  Research Instruments were 1) interview to teachers on Public Consciousness development of Phathom Suksa IV Students, 2) Guidance Activities based on Sangahavatthu 4,                 3) Public Consciousness Test.   The statistical data analysis tools such as percentage, mean, standard deviation, paired samples t-test.

              Research findings were as follow:

            1. Public Consciousness level of Phathom Suksa IV Students of Ban Huai Sala School, Yanghak Sub-District, Paktho District, Ratburi Province, was at medium level.

              2. The results of using Guidance Activities based on Sangahavatthu 4 found that indicator no. 1 and 2 of before and after using Guidance Activities based on Sangahavatthu 4 had significantly different average level of Public Consciousness behavior at the .05 level.

             3. Before using Guidance Activities based on Sangahavatthu 4, Phathom Suksa IV Students had the overview of Public Consciousness behavior at medium level (  = 3.01 S.D. = 0.44 T-norms = 47).  After using Guidance Activities based on Sangahavatthu 4, Phathom Suksa IV Students had the overview of Public Consciousness behavior at high level ( = 4.27 S.D. = 0.14 T-norms = 76).  Comparing and following up the research results after using Guidance Activities based on Sangahavatthu 4 for 1 week found that the level of students’ Public Consciousness behavior were not different.
