บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครอง 2) เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์และข้อเสนอแนะการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองกับคุณภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของการศึกษาสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 4 เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 4 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 297 คน โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 5 คน ได้แก่ ศึกษานิเทศก์ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้างานวิชาการโรงเรียน และตัวแทนผู้ปกครองนักเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaires) และแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

              ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1. การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาแยกเป็นรายด้านพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครอง อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ การมีส่วนร่วมในการเลือกและเสนอแนวทางเพื่อตัดสินใจ รองลงมาคือ การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานติดตามตรวจสอบ และการมีส่วนร่วมรับประโยชน์ และเป็นเจ้าของนโยบายสาธารณะมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด ตามลำดับ

2. คุณภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาแยกเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ แหล่งเรียนรู้และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา ด้านหลักสูตร ส่วนด้านการวางแผนงานด้านวิชาการ และด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ตามลำดับ

3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองกับคุณภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 4 โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อยู่ในระดับต่ำ ไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยมีค่าความสัมพันธ์ .078

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

         The objectives of  to study were 1) to study the participation of parents, 2) to explore the quality of academic administration, and 3) to investigate relationship and recommendations on parents’ participation with the academic management quality of the schools under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Area Office 4. This was a quantitative research. The samples used in the research were 297 administrators and teachers under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Area Office 4, academic year 2020,  with 5 key informants:  an educational supervisor, an  administrator, a head of Head of School Academic Affairs student guardian representatives.The instruments used in this research were questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The statistics used in the analysis included Frequency, Percentage, Average, and Standard Deviation.

The results were as follows:

1) Overall, parents’ participation was very high. When each aspect was taken into consideration, it was found that the participation was at the highest level; that was participation in choosing and proposing guidelines for decision-making followed by participating in follow-up, monitoring, benefit participation, and owner of the public policy with the lowest average, respectively.

2) Overall, the quality of academic management of the school was very high. When each aspect was taken into consideration, it was found that the average of media development and local learning resources wisdom was at the highest level, followed by, educational supervision and curriculum, whereas the average of academic planning and learning management in the schools were at the lowest level, respectively.

3) The relationship between parents’ involvement and the quality of academic administration of schools under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Area Office 4, overall, had a positive relationship and was statistically significant at .05 with a .078 correlation.
