บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่ออิทธิพลของสื่อที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเทศบาลตำบลกุดจิก  อำเภอสูงเนิน  จังหวัดนครราชสีมา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่ออิทธิพลของสื่อที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเทศบาลตำบลกุดจิก  อำเภอสูงเนิน  จังหวัดนครราชสีมา  โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา  และข้อเสนอแนะของประชาชนต่ออิทธิพลของสื่อที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเทศบาลตำบลกุดจิก  อำเภอสูงเนิน  จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

การวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี ประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.997 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือประชาชนในเทศบาลตำบลกุดจิก อำเภอสูงเนิน จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ที่มีอายุ 18 ปีบริบูรณ์  โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างจากประชากรทั้งหมด 2,170 คน จากสูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ (Taro Yamane) ซึ่งใช้ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด วิเคราะห์โดยการพรรณนาแจกแจงความถี่ประกอบตาราง และวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 7 รูปหรือคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคนิควิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

     1. ระดับอิทธิพลของสื่อที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเทศบาลตำบลกุดจิก อำเภอสูงเนิน จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง(  = 3.96 S.D. = 0.501) Each aspect consisted of pride to =3.18, S.D.=0.64)เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านโดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการไปใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้ง ( =3.26, S.D.=0.73) อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านการรณรงค์หาเสียงเลือกตั้ง ( =3.23, S.D.=0.71) และด้านการร่วมชุมนุมทางการเมือง ( =3.06, S.D.=0.64) อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ตามลำดับ

2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบพบว่า ประชาชนที่มีระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ต่อเดือน มีความคิดเห็นต่ออิทธิพลของสื่อที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเทศบาลตำบลกุดจิก อำเภอสูงเนิน จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัย ส่วนประชาชนที่มีเพศ และอายุต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่ออิทธิพลของสื่อที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมุติฐานการวิจัย

                  3. ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางเกี่ยวกับอิทธิพลของสื่อที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเทศบาลตำบลกุดจิก  อำเภอสูงเนิน  จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ด้านการรณรงค์หาเสียงเลือกตั้ง ปัญหาคือ ไม่มีการจัดเวทีปราศรัยให้ผู้ลงสมัครได้แสดงวิสัยทัศน์และนโยบายต่อประชาชนแนวทางแก้ไขคือ ควรมีการจัดเวทีปราศรัยให้ผู้ลงสมัครได้แสดงวิสัยทัศน์และนโยบายต่อประชาชน ด้านการไปใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้งปัญหาคือ การประชาสัมพันธ์ในระดับชุมชนน้อยทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจคลาดเคลื่อนในด้านการไปใช้สิทธิ์ แนวทางแก้ไขคือ ควรมีจุดบริการสำหรับการประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับวิธีการไปใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้ง ด้านการร่วมชุมนุมทางการเมือง ปัญหาคือ เยาวชนยังโดนปิดกั้นในการแสดงความคิดเห็น ในทางการเมือง ไม่กล้าที่จะแสดงความคิดเห็นอะไรมากนักในชุมชน แนวทางแก้ไขคือควรให้เยาวชนได้มีโอกาสในการดำเนินกิจกรรมทางการเมืองอย่างมีสิทธิและเสรีภาพ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this research were: 1. To study people’s opinions on media influence affecting the political participation at Kudjik Sub-District Municipality,Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, 2. To compare the people’s opinions onmedia influence affecting the political participation at Kudjik Sub-District Municipality,Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, classified by personal factors and 3. To study problems, obstacles and recommendations for people’s opinions on media influence affecting people’s political participationat Kudjik Sub-District Municipality,Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province             Methodology was the mixed methods: The quantitative research, data were ,collected with questionnaires that had validity value at 0.997 from samples who were 18 years old and over, derived from populations of 2,170 people, using Taro Yamane’s formula with the significant level set at 0.05. Data were analyzed with frequencies, percentage, mean and standard deviation, hypothesis test with t-test and F-test and data from open end questionnaires were analyzed by the table of frequencies. The qualitative research, data were collected from 7 key informants by in-depth-interviewing and analyzed by descriptive interpretation.

                 Findings were as follows:

             1. Level of media influence affecting the people’s political participation opinions at Kudjik  Sub-District Municipality, Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, by overall was at middle level  = 3.18 S.D. = 0.64) Each aspect from high to low were that: using right to vote  = 3.26 S.D. = 0.73) was at the middle level, campaign for election was at  = 3.23 S.D. =0.71 and political rally  = 3.06 S.D. = 0.64, was at middle level respectively.

          2. The results of opinion comparison were that people with different education level, occupation and monthly  income had different opinions on the media influence affecting people’s political participation at statistically significant level at 0.05, accepting the set hypothesis.

          3. Problems, obstacle and recommendations for the media influence affecting

the people’s political participation at Kudjik Sub-District Municipality, Sung Neon District, Nakornratchasima Province were that: Election campaign aspect; the problem was there was not arena for candidates to tell their visions and policies to people. solution was that there should set up arena for the candidates to tell their visions and policies to people, voting aspect; the problem was information and public relations in the communities were limited causing misunderstanding the right to vote. Solution was that there should be the information points to give advice to people about how to go to vote. Political rally aspect; the problem was young people were not open to express their political opinions, dare not express their political opinions in the public. Solution was that young people should be granted the opportunities to participate in the political activities with rights and freedom.
