การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำด้านการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการอำเภอเสาไห้ จังหวัดสระบุรี 2. เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของพระสงฆ์ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำด้านการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการอำเภอเสาไห้ จังหวัดสระบุรี
3. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำด้านการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการอำเภอเสาไห้ จังหวัดสระบุรี

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เป็นการสำรวจด้วยแบบสอบถามซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.853 กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พระสงฆ์อำเภอเสาไห้ จังหวัดสระบุรี จำนวน 144 รูป ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสังคมศาสตร์ สถิติที่ใช้คือค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ ด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 8 รูปหรือคน โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนาสรุปเป็นความเรียง

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ความคิดเห็นของพระสงฆ์ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำด้านการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการอำเภอเสาไห้ จังหวัดสระบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x bar = 3.82, S.D. = 0.461)

2. ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัย พบว่า พระสงฆ์ที่มีอายุ และพรรษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำด้านการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการอำเภอเสาไห้ จังหวัดสระบุรี โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัยที่ตั้งไว้ ส่วนพระสงฆ์ที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาสามัญต่างกัน มีวุฒิการศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรม (แผนกธรรม) ต่างกัน และมีวุฒิการศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรม (แผนกบาลี) ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำด้านการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการอำเภอเสาไห้ จังหวัดสระบุรี โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานการวิจัย

3. ปัญหาอุปสรรค พบว่า คณะสงฆ์อำเภอเสาไห้นั้นยังขาดบุคลากรในการสนองงานของคณะสงฆ์ ส่งผลให้ผู้บริหารไม่สามารถบริหารจัดการงานบุคลากรให้ตรงกับความรู้ความสามารถหรือตรงกับสายงานได้ คณะผู้ปกครองขาดการจัดสรรงบประมาณที่เหมาะสมกับปริมาณงาน ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรมีการพัฒนาศักยภาพในด้านงานบุคลากร โดยไม่เน้นในด้านปริมาณแต่มุ่งเน้นในด้านคุณภาพของบุคลากรมาเป็นอันดับแรก และควรกำหนดผู้รับผิดชอบในสายงาน งบประมาณและอุปกรณ์ให้เพียงพอ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this research were: 1. To study the development of leadership in community development of Phra Sangkhatikarn at Sao Hai District. Saraburi Province 2. To study the opinions comparison of the monks on the development of leadership in community development   of the Sangkhatikarn at Sao Hai District. Saraburi Province 3. To study the problems, obstacles and recommendations for the development of leadership in community development of Phra Sangkhatikarn at Sao Hai District, Saraburi Province.

Methodology was the mixed methods: The quantitative research, by survey method, collected data with questionnaires which had the confidence value equal to 0.853 from144 samples who were monks at   Sao Hai District. Saraburi Province. Data were analyzed by a social science program. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. t-value test and F. test with one-way analysis of variance The qualitative research, data were collected from 8 key informants by in-depth-interviewing. Data were analyzed by descriptive interpretation.  

      Findings were as follows:

                1. Opinions of the monks on the development of leadership in community development of Phra Sanghatikarn at Sao Hai District. Saraburi Province, by overall, was at high level ( x bar = 3.82, S.D. = 0.461)

             2. The results of the research hypothesis test showed that the monks of different ages and rain retreats ( Pansa) had different opinions on the development of leadership in community development of Phra Sangkhatikarn at Sao Hai District, Saraburi Province with statistically significant value at 0.05, so the research hypothesis was accepted. As for the monks with different formal educational background, Dhamma education, Pali education did not have different opinions on the development of leadership in community development of the Phra Sanghatilarn at Sao Hai District, Saraburi Province, therefore rejecting the set research hypothesis.

           3. Problems, obstacles and suggestions for development of leadership in community development of Phra Sangkhatikarn at Sao Hai District Saraburi Province were found that the Sangha at Sao Hai District still lacked personnel to respond to the Sangha's work. As a result, the executives were unable to manage personnel’s work to match their knowledge, ability or line of work. The executive monks lacked the appropriate budget allocation for the workload. So there should be development of human potentials, not focusing on only quantity, but, at first, focusing on the quality of the personnel.
