บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

         การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เคือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาหลักกัลยาณมิตรในพระพุทธศาสนา 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพนักศึกษา สาขาสังคมศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการเสริมสร้างหลักกัลยาณมิตรแก่นักศึกษาในหลักสูตรครุ ศาสตรบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กลุ่มเป้าหมายได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร พระสงฆ์ และนักศึกษาหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต จำนวน 50 รูป/คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีพรรณนา

               ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

               สภาพนักศึกษา  สาขาสังคมศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์นักศึกษาหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต ได้ศึกษาความรู้ตามหลักสูตรได้รับการอบรมสั่งสอนด้วยวิธีที่หลากหลายมีทักษะทางปัญญาที่สามารถคิดวิเคราะห์ ทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ที่สอดคล้องกันกับการศึกษายุคปัจจุบัน

               หลักกัลยาณมิตรในพระพุทธศาสนาพบว่าเป็นการเสริมสร้างหลักกัลยาณมิตตธรรม 7 ประการความเป็นคนน่ารัก เป็นที่เคารพของคนทั่วไป มีความรู้ประสบการณ์ มีภูมิปัญญาอย่างแท้จริง รู้จักพูดชี้แจงให้ผู้อื่นเข้าใจง่าย มีความอดทนต่อการว่ากล่าวจากผู้อื่น มีความสามารถแถลงเรื่องราวได้อย่างล้ำลึก และไม่ชักนำไปในสิ่งที่ไม่ถูกต้อง ในขณะเดียวกันกัลยาณมิตรต้องประกอบด้วยคุณสมบัติที่ถึงพร้อม 8 ประการ คือ ความศรัทธา การฟัง การสำรวมกาย วาจา ใจ การเสียสละ มีความเพียร มีสติ มีสมาธิและมีปัญญาให้ถึงพร้อมสามารถใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการพัฒนานักศึกษาให้ เป็นบุคคลที่มีความสมบูรณ์การจัดกิจกรรมของนักศึกษายังก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อสังคมและประเทศชาติอีกเป็นอันมาก กิจกรรมนักศึกษาจึงมีความสำคัญต่อทั้งนักศึกษา สถาบันอุดมศึกษา และประเทศเป็นอย่างมาก

               แนวทางการเสริมสร้างหลักกัลยาณมิตรแก่นักศึกษาในหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องสัมพันธ์ ช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกันนั้นเป็นเพียงองค์ประกอบภายนอกเท่านั้น สิ่งสำคัญคือองค์ประกอบภายในของนักศึกษาในหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ เองที่ต้องเต็มเปี่ยมด้วยองค์คุณธรรมภายในจิตใจ ซึ่งพร้อมที่จะหยิบยื่นให้ผู้อื่นด้วยการชักนำให้เกิดความเชื่อ ความเคารพ น่าเลื่อมใส น่านิยมชมชอบ เกิดความซาบซึ้งใจ เมื่อเกิดความศรัทธาขึ้นแล้วจิตใจย่อมน้อมรับทุกเรื่อง ทำให้สามารถชี้นำทางความคิด ทัศนคติ ค่านิยม ความรู้ ความเข้าใจเรื่องราวต่างๆ ได้อย่างถูกต้องที่เรียกว่า สัมมาทิฏฐิ ฉะนั้น กัลยาณมิตรจึงมีอิทธิพล ต่อจิตใจให้เกิดศรัทธา ตรงกันข้ามถ้าไม่มีศรัทธาก็จะไม่ประทับใจ แต่สิ่งสำคัญของศรัทธาต้องประกอบด้วยปัญญา สัมมาทิฏฐิ ควบคู่กันไปด้วย

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

              The aims of this research were: 1) to study the principles of Kalayanamitta-dhamma (kalyānamitta-dhamma, qualities of a good friend) in Buddhism; 2) to study the conditions of the students majoring in social studies at Surindra Rajabhat University; 3) to study the ways to promote the principles of Kalayanamitta-dhammas to the students in Bachelor of Education Program at Surindra Rajabhat University. This study was the qualitative research carried out by using the following research tools: in-depth interview of the target groups, including 50 of the administrators, lecturers, monks and students in the program. The gathered data were analyzed by the descriptive analysis. 

              The research results were as follows:

              The studentsin the Bachelor of Education in Social Studies of Surindra Rajabhat Universityhave studied according to the curriculum, have been taught in various ways, have intellectual skills in critical thinking,interpersonal skills and responsibilities, numerical analysis skills, communication and information technology skills that are consistent with modern education.

              Kalayanamitta-dhammas in Buddhism is to strengthen seven elements of Kalayanamitta dhammas: to be lovable, to be respected by the general public,to have knowledge and experience,to have true wisdom, to be capable ofspeaking and clarifyingthings to others to understand easily,to have patience with others’ speech, to be capable of profoundly telling stories and not to induce the others in the wrong ways. At the same time, the Kalayanamitta-dhammas must consist of 8qualities, including faith, hearing, physical, verbal and mental calm, sacrifice, perseverance, consciousness, concentration, and wisdom used as the tools to develop the students as a perfect person.Organizing student activities also create many benefits for society and the nation. Student activities therefore are very important to both students in higher education institutions and the country.

              The guidelines for enhancing the Kalayanamitta principle for students in the Bachelor of Education Program involved to help each other is only an external element. The important is the internal elementthat the studentsmust be full of virtue within the mind which is ready to give to others by inducing faith, respect, admiration and appreciation.When faith arises, the mind will embrace all things making it able to guide ideas, attitudes, values, knowledge and correctly understanding of stories, which is called the right view (sammāditṭhi). Therefore,Kalayanamitta principle is influential to the mind in raising faith and conversely, if there is no faith, it will not be impressive. The important thing is that faith must consist of wisdom.
