บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

               วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาพุทธวิธีการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาเชิงรุก (2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดทฤษฎีการสื่อสารในยุคนวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ (3) เพื่อประยุกต์วิธีการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาเชิงรุกของพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียนวัดทุ่งครุ (พึ่งสายอนุสรณ์) แขวงทุ่งครุ เขตทุ่งครุ กรุงเทพมหานคร การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับคณะครูผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียนวัดทุ่งครุ (พึ่งสายอนุสรณ์)  

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               แนวทางพุทธวิธีการบริหารเป็นการทำงานเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาเชิงรุก  มีนโยบาย เป้าหมาย หลักการ แผนการ และวิธีการที่จะนำไปสู่เป้าหมายร่วมกัน ด้วยการนำธรรมะเข้าสู่เด็กและเยาวชน  โดยนำแนวทางพุทธวิธีการบริหารจัดการแบบพระพุทธเจ้าเพื่อให้การทำงานเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาเชิงรุกมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลมากที่สุด โดยการวางแผนจัดการองค์กร บริหารบุคคล อำนวยการและกำกับดูแลให้เกิดการปริยัติ เกิดการปฏิบัติ และนำมาประยุกต์เข้ากับหลักธรรมในพระพุทธศาสนา รวมถึงการนำพุทธวิธีการบริหารประกอบด้วย (1) พุทธวิธีในการวางแผน (2) พุทธวิธีในการจัดองค์กร (3) พุทธวิธีในการบริหารงานบุคคล (4) พุทธวิธีในการอำนวยการ (5) พุทธวิธีในการกำกับดูแลคณะสงฆ์ ดำเนินการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาเชิงรุกในหลายๆ ด้านมาใช้กับกลุ่มเป้าหมายให้เกิดความสนุก สงบ สาระ สำนึก และสร้างสรรค์ ทำให้กลุ่มเป้าหมายมีศีล สมาธิ และปัญญา ตามหลักไตรสิกขา  

               อีกทั้งแนวทางการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาเชิงรุกในยุคนวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ สังคมมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปสู่สังคมยุคโลกาภิวัฒน์ ได้มีการปรับใช้วิธีการเผยแผ่ให้ทันสมัยกับเหตุการณ์ในสังคม ด้วยการนำสื่อเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่มาใช้ในการเรียนการสอน และการทำกิจกรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา สร้างแรงจูงใจให้เด็กนักเรียนมีความสนใจใฝ่เรียนรู้ ซึ่งสามารถประมวลออกมาในรูปแบบ ของ 5 ส. คือ ให้เกิดความสนุก สงบ สาระ สำนึก และสร้างสรรค์สามารถประยุกต์วิธีการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาเชิงรุกของพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียนวัดทุ่งครุ

               โดยพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียนทำการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาเชิงรุก 2 ลักษณะ ประการแรก การสอนตามหลักสูตรการเรียนรู้วิชาพระพุทธศาสนา และประการที่สอง การทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ ทางพระพุทธศาสนา โดยการนำการบริหารมาประยุกต์เพื่อสร้างองค์ความรู้ใหม่ ได้รูปแบบการประยุกต์วิธีการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาเชิงรุกของการสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียน ที่ได้จากพุทธวิธีการบริหารเพื่อการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาเชิงรุก วิธีการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาเชิงรุกของการสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียน และลีลาการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาเชิงรุกของพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียน จากการปฏิบัติคือ การปริยัติ ปฏิบัติ ปฏิเวธ ส่งผลสำเร็จให้เกิดศีล สมาธิ และปัญญา

The thesis of title has 3 objectives which are (1) to study the Buddhist method of proactive Buddhism propagation (2) to study the concepts and theories of communication in the innovation age and the modern technology (3) to apply the method of proactive Buddhism propagation of moral teachings monks in Wat Thung Khru School (Pueng Sai Anusorn) Thung Khru Subdistrict, Thung Khru District, Bangkok. This research is a qualitative research by using in-depth interviews with teachers group from the directorate, and the moral teachings monks in Wat Thung Khru School (Phueng Sai Anusorn)

             The research result found that

             The way of Buddhist management is approach proactively propagation of Buddhism with policies, goals, principles, plans, and methods to achieve common goals by leading Dhamma toward children and youth. By leading the way of the Buddhist method of Buddha's management is proactively propagation as the most efficiency and effectiveness. As planning, organization, personnel, and director which create perception, practising and applied to the principle of Buddhism. Moreover, to lead the Buddhist management which are (1) Buddhist a method in planning, (2) Buddhist a method in a management of an organization, (3) Buddhist a method of personnel administration, (4) Buddhist a method of directorate, and (5) Buddhist a method of Sangkha group to implement with proactive Buddhism in many ways that approach with the target group for conviviality, calm, content, conscience, and creativity. To make the target group has also to precepts, concentration and wisdom, according to the threefold principles as well as the proactive Buddhism propagation in the innovation age and modern technological society.  As society has changed into globalization, it must adjust the method of propagation to the event in society. By taking modern technology with learning and Buddhist activities, created a motivation for students to be interested. That can be brief of form with 5 c, which is, conviviality, calm, content, conscience, and creativity, could an applied method of proactive Buddhism propagate of moral teachings monks in Wat Thung Khru School.

As the moral teachings monks propagate in Buddhism with two characteristics, the first to teach in Buddhist curriculum, and secondly to do activities regarding Buddhism. By applying the body of knowledge obtained a model of the method of proactive Buddhism propagation in moral teachings monks that derived from the Buddhist administration for proactive Buddhism propagation. The proactive Buddhism propagation of moral teachings monks, and the propagation style of moral teachings monks in school derived from the principle, practice, and attainment, as a result of the precepts, concentration, and wisdom.
