               การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการจัดการงานสาธารณูปการ (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการจัดการงานสาธารณูปการ (3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะการจัดการงานสาธารณูปการของวัดเวฬุวนาราม อำเภอดำเนินสะดวก จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยใช้การวิจัยแบบผสมผสานระหว่างเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามโดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นประชาชนผู้มาปฏิบัติธรรมในวัดเวฬุวนาราม จำนวน 217 คน และสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 รูป/คน วิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานวิธีการทดสอบค่า ที ค่า เอฟ และมีการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               1. ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการจัดการงานสาธารณูปการของวัดเวฬุวนาราม อำเภอดำเนินสะดวก จังหวัดราชบุรี ภาพรวมทั้ง 2 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.37 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการก่อสร้าง อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.41 ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ได้แก่ ด้านบูรณปฏิสังขรณ์ ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.32 

               2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการจัดการงานสาธารณูปการของวัดเวฬุวนาราม อำเภอดำเนินสะดวก จังหวัดราชบุรี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลได้แก่ เพศ อาชีพ และรายได้ มีผลให้ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการจัดการงานสาธารณูปการของวัดเวฬุวนาราม อำเภอดำเนินสะดวก จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยภาพรวม แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.10 ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคลอื่น ได้แก่ อายุ และระดับการศึกษา ไม่พบความแตกต่าง

               3. ผลการศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะการจัดการงานสาธารณูปการของวัดเวฬุวนาราม อำเภอดำเนินสะดวกจังหวัดราชบุรี ได้แก่ ด้านการก่อสร้าง วัดควรมีการสร้างศาลาเอนกประสงค์เพียงพอต่อประชาชนผู้มาปฏิบัติธรรม สร้างพระอุโบสถควรมีความเหมาะสม มีสถานที่จอดรถเหมาะสมเพียงพอ ด้านบูรณปฏิสังขรณ์ โดยสถานที่จอดรถควรได้รับการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ ให้อยู่ในลักษณะสะดวกต่อการใช้งานจริง มีการดำเนินการจัดเตรียมการบูรณปฏิสังขรณ์ ซ่อมแซม อาคารสถานที่ภายในวัดทุกปี โดยคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยเป็นสำคัญ เปิดโอกาสให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการก่อสร้าง

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

             The objectives of research paper were: (1) to study the public satisfaction with public utilities management, (2) to compare the compare the level of the public satisfaction with public utilities management, and (3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions for the public satisfaction with public utilities management. The research is based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The too used in the research is a questionnaire with a sample of 217 people who practice Dhamma in Weru Wanaram Temple and interview 7 experts The statistics were used for the data analysis through mean, standard deviation (S.D.), F-test and T-test, and One-way Analysis of Variance.

   The findings of this research were as following:

              1. Public satisfaction with the facility management of Weru Wanaram Temple, Damnoen Saduak District, Ratchaburi Province, overall, in both sides, was at a high level with an average of 4.37. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were high and the highest average was construction in with the average was 4.41, while the lowest mean was the restoration with the average was 4.32.

              2. Comparative results of the level of public satisfaction with public utilities management, Weru Wanaram Temple, Damnoen Saduak District, Ratchaburi Province classified by personal factors, it was found that personal factors such as gender, occupation, and income resulted in people's satisfaction with the management of public utilities of Wat Weru Wanaram, Damnoen Saduak District, Ratchaburi Province. In which the overall is different with statistical significance at the level of 0.10. However, other personal factors such as age and education level did not appear difference.

              3. Findings of problems, obstacles and suggestions for the public satisfaction with public utilities management of Wat Weru Wanaram, Damnoen Saduak District, Ratchaburi Province such as In terms of construction, the temple should build a multi-purpose building to accommodate the number of people who come to practice Dhamma, should build a suitable temple and should have enough parking place. In the area of restoration, the parking areas should be renovated to be in a form that is easy for actual use, preparation for restoration, renovate buildings within the temple every year, with regard to safety as a priority and allow communities to participate in the construction.
