บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การศึกษางานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะของผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยในเชิงวิชาการ (2) เพื่อศึกษาพุทธธรรมที่ส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะของผู้ไกล่เกลี่ย (3) เพื่อนำเสนอคุณลักษณะของผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยเชิงพุทธบูรณาการ  การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยเน้นการวิจัยเชิงเอกสารและรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อค้นหาการศึกษาคุณลักษณะของผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยเชิงพุทธบูรณาการ

ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า

(1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะของผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยในเชิงวิชาการ ประกอบด้วย การเป็นผู้มีอุดมการณ์ช่วยเหลือให้คู่กรณีสามารถบรรลุข้อตกลงร่วมกัน เป็นผู้ฟังอย่างมีความเป็นกลาง มีความยุติธรรม เป็นผู้มีทักษะความรู้ทักษะการพูดและทักษะการฟัง เข้าใจเทคนิคการสื่อสาร เป็นผู้มีความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ในด้านการควบคุมอารมณ์ รู้ตนเอง รู้สังคมมีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า  ผลการศึกษาวิเคราะห์

(2) เพื่อศึกษาพุทธธรรมที่ส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะของผู้ไกล่เกลี่ย พบว่า ประกอบด้วยเป็นผู้ฟังที่ดี มีศิลปะในการพูด ใฝ่ศึกษาพัฒนาตนเอง จดจำแม่นยำ ทำความเห็นถูกต้อง อธิบายชัดแจ้ง ในสถานการณ์ ประสานสัมพันธ์สามัคคี คุณลักษณะเหล่านี้เป็นแนวคิดที่เกื้อหนุนกัน

(3) เพื่อนำเสนอคุณลักษณะของผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยเชิงพุทธบูรณาการ  ประกอบด้วย ทางด้านกายภาพเป็นผู้มีสติเป็นเครื่องกำกับตน ทางพฤติกรรมเป็นผู้ดำรงตนอยู่ในศีลธรรม ทางจิตใจเป็นผู้มีเมตตากรุณาปราศจากอคติ  ทางปัญญาเป็นผู้รู้ผิดรู้ชอบ ทั้งหมดนี้เป็นการศึกษาคุณลักษณะของผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยเชิงพุทธบูรณาการ ซึ่งเชื่อมกับสังคมให้เกิดความสามัคคีและอยู่รวมกันอย่างสันติ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The research had three objectives: 1) to study the characteristics of mediator in an academic aspect, 2) to study the Buddhadhamma supporting the characteristics of mediator, and 3) to present the characteristics of mediator in an integrated Buddhist concept. This research is a qualitative study focusing on the documentary method and collecting data from an in-depth interview. The data analysis was for searching the study of characteristics of mediator in an integrated Buddhist concept.

The study analysis results were:

(1)    To study the characteristics of mediator in an academic aspect, it consisted of being an idealist who helped the parties to reach a mutual agreement, being a neutral and justice listener, and having speaking and listening skills, understanding the communication techniques, being an emotional intelligent person in controlling personal emotion, knowing oneself and society, and having intelligent in solving the unexpected problems.

(2)    To study the Buddhadhamma supporting the characteristics of mediator, it was found that this consisted of being a good listener, having speech artisitic, eagering to improve oneself, remembering precisely, possessing the right view, explaining clearly in the situation, and connecting the relationship. All of these characteristics were all supporting concepts.

(3)    To present the characteristics of mediator in an integrated Buddhist concept, it consisted of physical aspect that being a mindful person as self-regulated; behavioral aspect that being a moral person; mental aspect that being a person with loving-kindness, compassion, without bias; intelleual aspect that being a person with right and wrong consciousness. All of these were the study of the characteristics of mediator in the Buddhist integration connecting with the society to create the harmony and peaceful coexistence.
