บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

             การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพวินัยด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน 2) ศึกษารูปแบบการบริหารกิจกรรมนักเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างวินัยด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน 3) เสนอรูปแบบการบริหารกิจกรรมนักเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างวินัยของนักเรียนด้านความรับผิดชอบ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญโดยการสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 14 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการสนทนากลุ่ม จำนวน 7 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และแบบสนทนากลุ่ม

             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

             1. สภาพการบริหารกิจกรรมนักเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างวินัยนักเรียนด้านความรับผิดชอบมีกิจกรรมหลัก 2 กิจกรรม (1) กิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองของนักเรียน โดยมี 3 กิจกรรมย่อยคือกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมการตรงต่อเวลา กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างการดูแลรักษาสุขภาพ กิจกรรมออมทรัพย์ (2) กิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมความรับผิดชอบต่อส่วนรวม การปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ ข้อตกลงร่วมกันของโรงเรียน โดยมี 3 กิจกรรมย่อยคือกิจกรรมการเข้าแถวตามลำดับ  กิจกรรมการเสริมสร้างการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ กิจกรรมการดูแลรับผิดชอบความสะอาดภายในบริเวณโรงเรียน

             2. การบริหารกิจกรรมนักเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างวินัยนักเรียนด้านความรับผิดชอบมีกระบวนการดำเนินการบริหารจัดการ คือ มีการประชุมครูระดมความคิด วิธีการบริหารกิจกรรม เพื่อสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ สร้างแรงจูงใจในการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียนสู่การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เพื่อให้นักเรียนสามารถนำความรู้สู่การปฏิบัติได้จริง มีการติดตามนักเรียนในการทำกิจกรรม โดยครูดูแลและติดตามอย่างต่อเนื่อง และสามารถนำผลที่ได้ไปปรับปรุงเพื่อพัฒนาต่อไป

           3. เสนอแนวทางการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาระเบียบวินัยนักเรียน แต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการประเมินผล กำหนดปฏิทินประเมินผล  มีการประเมินตามสภาพจริง สรุปผลและติดตามการประเมินผลในทุกๆกิจกรรม เป็นกระบวนการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรม ปัจจัยการดำเนินงาน และผลการดำเนินงาน เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลย้อนกลับ สำหรับทบทวน แก้ไข เพื่อเป็นสารสนเทศสำหรับการปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานในความสำเร็จของการจัดกิจกรรม

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) to study the state of discipline  in term of responsibility of students , 2) to study the model for management of activities for the development of student discipline in term of responsibility of students and 3) to present the model for management of activities for the development of student discipline in term of responsibility of students, this is the qualtitative,composed of foutheen key informants and three specialist and seven scholars for forcus group. the instruments for this research composed of depth interview form, and focus group discussion.

             The research results found that…

              1. The activities for the development of student discipline in term of responsibility of students composed of two main activities 1) Activity for development of self responsibility and composed of three semi activities i.e. activity for development of time right, activity for health care, and activity for saving. 2) Activity of public responsibility, to regarding of order, agreement of school with three semi activities i.e. activity for row standing, activity for regulation regarding and activity for keep cleaning in school.

              2. The management of activities for the development of student discipline in term of responsibility of students, the process composed of brainstorming of teacher, activity management methods for aiming purposive characters, to promote on motivation for changing behavior in term of responsibility os student  for learning activity to move students into learning for real practice, there are follow student in activity performance as continuously,  and to get the result to improve and develop in the future. .

   3. The presentation of guideline  for management of activities for the development of student discipline i.e. to appoint the committee for assessment, set the schedule for assessment, real assessment, conclude and follow the assessment in all activities, to be a process for data collection on activity, factor for procedure to get the feedback for rechecking, resolving for information technology to improve  the procedure in success for activity performance.
