บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                การวิจัยเรื่อง “แนวทางการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา โดยใช้หลัก  สาราณียธรรม 6 ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงาน การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา โดยใช้หลักสาราณียธรรม 6 ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา โดยใช้หลักสาราณียธรรม 6 ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ประชากร คือ ผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย  ส่วนกลาง วิทยาเขต และวิทยาลัย รวม 11 แห่ง

                การวิจัยเป็นแบบผสม (Mixed Method Research) โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) โดยใช้เครื่องมือแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) และเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยการใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ (Key Informants) และ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่ามี 5 ระดับ  จำนวน 30 ข้อ  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS (IBM SPSS Statistics ) เพื่อหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย  ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติ t-test และ F-test 

                ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                1. จากผลการวิจัยการหาแนวทางการพัฒนาการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา โดยใช้หลักสาราณียธรรม 6 ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย พบว่า ทัศนคติของผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (X̅= 4.59, S.D. 0.218) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน ด้านที่มีทัศนคติสูงสุดคือ ด้านเมตตาวจีกรรม (X̅= 4.66, S.D. 0.356) รองลงมาคือ ด้านสีลสามัญญตา (X̅= 4.63, S.D. 0.320) ถัดมาได้แก่ด้านเมตตามโนกรรม (X̅= 4.63, S.D.0.364) ด้านเมตตากายกรรม (X̅=4.58, S.D. 0.311) และด้านทัศนคติน้อยที่สุดคือด้านสาธารณโภคี (X̅= 4.63, S.D. 0.409) แสดงให้เห็นว่า ผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่  มีแนวคิดเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน คือ ใช้หลักสาราณียธรรม 6 ด้านเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนางานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่างานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษามีส่วนสำคัญในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา และไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

               2. ผลการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-Depth Interview) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ (Key Informants) เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา โดยใช้หลักสาราณียธรรม 6 ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหา มกุฏราชวิทยาลัย พบว่า การประยุกต์ใช้หลักสาราณียธรรมในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่และการบริหารงาน เป็นการสร้างความสามัคคีปรองดองมีความเมตตาปรารถนาดีต่อกันช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกัน ให้คำแนะนำในสิ่งที่ดีงาม ยึดมั่นอยู่ในศีลธรรมอันดี ตามระเบียบแบบแผนวัฒนธรรมประเพณีอันดีงาม ผลสัมฤทธิ์ในระดับองค์กรย่อมเป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย กับแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบประกันของมหาวิทยาลัย

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

 The thesis entitled “The Guidelines for Quality Assurance in Education by Using Sārāṇīyadhamma of Mahamakut Buddhist University” consisted of two objectives: 1) to study quality assurance in education by using Sārāṇīyadhamma of Mahamakut Buddhist university; and 2) to study the guidelines for quality assurance in education by using Sārāṇīyadhamma of Mahamakut Buddhist university. A sample consisted of administrators, lecturers, and officers from the main campus, other campuses, and colleges of Mahamakut Buddhist university, in a total of 11 campuses.

  The study used mixed-method research of both quantitative and qualitative research. For quantitative research, a questionnaire was employed for the research instrument. For qualitative research, the research instruments consisted of the in-depth interview of key informants and questionnaire by means of the rating scale of 5 levels, consisting of 30 questions. The data was analyzed by using the SPSS program (IBM SPSS Statistics) to find percentage, average, standard deviation (S.D), t-test statistics and F-test.

 The results of the study revealed as follows:

 1) From the study of the guidelines for the development of quality assurance in education by using Sārāṇīyadhamma of Mahamakut Buddhist university, it was found that the attitudes of administrators, lecturers, and officers towards the development of quality assurance in education, overall, were at a high level ((X̅) = 4.59, S.D. = 0.218). When considering in each aspect, Mettāvacīkamma had the highest average of attitude ((X̅) = 4.66, S.D. = 0.356). The second highest average of attitude was Sīlasāmaññatā ((X̅) = 4.63, S.D. = 0.320). The third highest average of attitude was Mettāmanokamma ((X̅) = 4.63, S.D. = 0.364). Followed by Mettākāyakamma ((X̅) = 4.58, S.D. = 0.311). The least average of attitude was Sādhāraṇabhogitā ((X̅) = 4.63, S.D. = 0.409). The results showed that administrators, lecturers, and officers had the ideas in the same direction of using Sārāṇīyadhamma as the guidelines for the development of quality assurance in education of the university to be better. This also showed that quality assurance in education played an important role in developing the quality of education and that there were no statistically significant differences.

 2) The results of the in-depth interview with key informants about the guidelines for the development of quality assurance in education by using Sārāṇīyadhamma of Mahamakut Buddhist university found that the application of Sārāṇīyadhamma in performing duties and administration was to create unity, reconciliation, loving-kindness, and goodwill to one another by helping each other, giving advice on good things, adhering to morals in accordance with the good tradition and culture. The achievement at the enterprise level was consistent with the goals and guidelines for the development of the university's assurance system.
