บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการพัฒนาบุคลากรคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการ เขตจอมทอง กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) ศึกษาวิธีการพัฒนาบุคลากรคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการ เขตจอมทอง กรุงเทพมหานคร และ 3) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาบุคลากรคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการ เขตจอมทอง กรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งเป็นงานวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยใช้ประชากร จำนวน 65 รูป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยหา ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์เอกสารและสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 5 รูป ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพการพัฒนาบุคลากรคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการ โดยรวม 6 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านการสาธารณสงเคราะห์ ด้านการศาสนศึกษา ด้านการสาธารณูปการ ด้านการปกครอง ด้านการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ และข้ออยู่ในระดับต่ำสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการเผยแผ่ ตามลำดับ

2. วิธีการพัฒนาบุคลากรคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการ ทางวัดมีการจัดประชุมบุคลากร วางแผน บุคลากรคณะสงฆ์ให้ความร่วมมือและให้ความช่วยเหลือชุมชนที่ได้รับความเดือดร้อนตามโอกาสที่สมควรคณะสงฆ์ให้มีความรู้ตามระเบียบของพระธรรมวินัยทุก 1 เดือน จัดตั้งสมาคมสนับสนุนพระภิกษุให้มีหน้าที่ในการรับผิดชอบงานด้านต่าง ๆ ภายในวัด สนับสนุนพระภิกษุสามเณรได้รับการศึกษาทั้งแผนกธรรม แผนกบาลี และทางโลก

3. ข้อเสนอแนะ พระสงฆ์ต้องมีการรับสนองงานด้านการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ ถวายการอุปถัมภ์ ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกธรรม - บาลี  ซึ่งเป็นระบบการศึกษาดั้งเดิมของคณะสงฆ์  ถวายความรู้พระธรรมทูตและพระสงฆ์ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่เผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาทุกประเภท โดยรูปแบบและวิธีการต่าง ๆ พระพุทธศาสนาให้มายิ่งขึ้น จัดให้มีเครือข่ายระหว่างองค์กรสาธารณกุศลทางพระพุทธศาสนา กลุ่มอาสาสมัคร ในทุกจังหวัด

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of the study included 1) to study conditions of the Sangha personnel development of the Sangha Administrators in Chom Thong District of Bangkok; 2) to study methods of Sangha personnel development of Sangha Administrators in Chom Thong District of Bangkok; and 3) to propose guidelines for the Sangha personnel development of Sangha Administrators in Chom Thong District of Bangkok. The study was a mixed method between a quantitative research and qualitative one in nature. A questionnaire was used for collecting quantitative data from a sample of 65 Sangha personnel, and a Schedule Interview was used to collect qualitative data from 5 key informants. For the analysis of quantitative data statistics including Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation was used and the content analysis for qualitative data was administered.

The results of the study found that:

              1. Regarding conditions of conditions of the Sangha personnel development of the Sangha Administrators in Chom Thong District of Bangkok it found that the opinion on all 6 aspects was generally and considering each aspect it was also high including public welfares, Religious studies, public facilities, administrative affairs, social work studies respectively and the dissemination was lowest.

2. With regard to methods of the Sangha personnel development of the Sangha Administrators in Chom Thong District of Bangkok it found that the monastery organized the meeting and planning of personnel to enhance them to participate in and help the suffered community in the appropriate occasion, educate them monthly classes of rules and laws in Dharma and Vinaya, establish the association to put the personnel to the right jobs in the monastery and provide them with the opportunity of Dharma, Pali language and Common education.

3. In respect of propose guidelines for the Sangha personnel development of Sangha Administrators in Chom Thong District of Bangkok it revealed that there were the providing of administrative affairs of Sangha, assistance affairs, promotion of Dharma, Pali language studies as the Sangha’s traditional education system, organizing Buddhist Dhammadhuta monks in several effective forms and methods as much possible, expansion of the network with Buddhist Charity Organizations and Volunteer groups in all provinces.
