บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

            การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมของวัดในจังหวัดระยอง 2) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมของวัดในจังหวัดระยอง  3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมของวัดในจังหวัดระยอง โดยใช้การวิจัยแบบผสมผสานระหว่างเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้มาปฏิบัติธรรม จำนวน 169 คน และสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมจำนวน 6 รูป วิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               1. การบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมของวัดในจังหวัดระยอง ภาพรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน      ผู้ปฏิบัติธรรมมีความคิดเห็น อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านพระวิปัสสนาจารย์/แนวการสอน รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านสถานที่ ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป และด้านการจัดกิจกรรมอบรมปฏิบัติธรรม ตามลำดับ

               2. การศึกษาการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมของวัดในจังหวัดระยอง ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมอบรมปฏิบัติธรรม ควรมีการจัดกิจกรรมอบรมปฏิบัติธรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีการประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมอบรมปฏิบัติธรรมผ่านเว็ปไซต์ของวัด มีปฏิทินกำหนดการ จัดทำการประเมินความพึงพอใจไว้เป็นหลักฐาน ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป ควรจัดทำหลักฐานการจัดทำบัญชีรายรับ - รายจ่าย มีการดูแลด้านสุขอนามัย ควรมีหลักฐานการประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการต่าง ๆ ด้านสถานที่ ควรมีการจัดทำทางเดินทางเท้าและทางเดินรถ ควรมีป้ายชื่อสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมและแผนผังการบริหารจัดการศาสนสถาน ด้านพระวิปัสสนาจารย์/แนวการสอน  จัดให้มีพระวิปัสสนาจารย์อยู่ประจำสำนัก พระวิปัสสนาจารย์ควรได้รับการอบรมผ่านหลักสูตรมีความสามารถในการสอนกัมมัฏฐาน และตอบข้อซักถาม สอบอารมณ์กัมมัฏฐานได้เป็นอย่างดี

               3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมของวัดในจังหวัดระยอง ได้แก่ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมอบรมปฏิบัติธรรม ควรมีการจัดกิจกรรมอบรมปฏิบัติธรรมแก่เยาวชน และประชาชนอย่างต่อเนื่อง อย่างน้อยทุกวันธรรมสวนะ และ/หรือทุกวันอาทิตย์ ควรจัดให้มีการประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์เพื่อขยายข่าวสารได้ทั่วถึง มีกำหนดการตารางการปฏิบัติธรรมไว้อย่างชัดเจน  ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป ควรจัดหลักฐานการจัดทำบัญชีรายรับ – รายจ่าย ควรมีเก็บข้อมูลสถิติผู้มาปฏิบัติธรรมอย่างเป็นระบบเพื่อเป็นฐานข้อมูล  ด้านสถานที่ ควรจัดให้มีการทำทางเดินทางเท้า มีป้ายชื่อสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมติดไว้หน้าวัด มองเห็นชัดเจน ควรมีแผนผังการบริหารจัดการ     ศาสนสถาน และได้รับความเห็นชอบจากชุมชนให้มีการจัดตั้งสำนักปฏิบัติธรรม  ด้านพระวิปัสสนาจารย์/แนวการสอน ควรมีพระวิปัสสนาจารย์อยู่ประจำสำนักอย่างน้อย 1 รูป ได้รับมอบหมายจาก  เจ้าสำนักเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร และผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตรพระวิปัสสนาจารย์ ไม่ดำเนินการสอนสมถวิปัสสนากัมมัฏฐานให้วิปริตผิดไปจากหลักพระบาลีพุทธพจน์ในพระไตรปิฎก   

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the management state of meditation centers of the Buddhist temples in Rayong province, 2) to study the development of the management of meditation centers of the Buddhist temples in Rayong province, and 3) to propose a guideline for the management development of meditation centers of the Buddhist temples in Rayong province. The mixed research methodology was used in the study. The quantitative data were collected by questionnaires from 169 samples and the qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews with 6 administrators of meditation centers of the Buddhist temples in Rayong province. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation and content analysis.

The research results found that:

                1. The state of the management of meditation centers of the Buddhist temples in Rayong province in 4 aspects was at a high level; overall. In details, the highest level was on instructors and teaching method, followed by area, general management, and practice activity respectively.

2. The development of the management of meditation centers of the Buddhist temples in Rayong province was that: In training and practice activity, the program should be scheduled, publicized through the temple website, arranged continuously, and evaluated at the end of each program. In general management, income and expense account, health care, and public relations should be made accountably. In area, drive-way, walk-way, office sign, and area management flow chart should be done. For instructor and teaching method, each center should have a full-time meditation master and he should be trained in meditation training centers or meditation training courses.

3. The guidelines for development of the meditation centers of the Buddhist temples in Rayong province were as follows: In training and practice activity, the Dhamma practice activities should be arranged for the youths and public continuously or at least every Sunday. The practice activity should be scheduled and propagated thoroughly. In general management, documents of income and expense account and data base of the practitioners and participants should be collected systematically. In area, the office sign and management flow chart should be placed publicly and the establishment of the meditation centers should be voiced and accepted from the community. And in instructor and teaching method, each center should have at least one meditation master and he should be trained with meditation courses according to the Buddhist scripture.
