บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการพัฒนาวัดให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรม เขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร 2. เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาวัดให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมตามหลักไตร สิกขา และ 3. เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาวัดให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมตามหลักไตรสิกขา เขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ประชาชน จำนวน 248 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นและสัมภาษณ์เจ้าอาวาส และสถิติหาค่า ความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ยเลข  คณิต (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation)

ผลการวิจัย

1. ประชาชนที่เข้าศึกษาเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมมีความคิดเห็นต่อการพัฒนาวัดให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรม โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านคติธรรม (Moral) ด้านวัตถุธรรม (Material) ด้านเนติธรรม (Legal) และด้านสหธรรม (Social) ตามลำดับ

2. การพัฒนาวัดให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมตามหลักไตรสิกขาเริ่มต้นจากการพัฒนาสถานที่ให้เป็นแหล่งการเรียนรู้ ด้านคติธรรมข้อวัตรปฏิบัติการอยู่ร่วมกันเกี่ยวกับ กฎ ระเบียบ ประเพณีวัฒน ธรรม และสถานที่ให้มีหลักสัปปายะสำหรับการปฏิบัติวิปัสสนากรรมฐานเพื่อพัฒนาจิตใจ

3. แนวทางการพัฒนาวัดให้เป็นแหล่งการเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรม ตามหลักไตรสิกขา มีดังนี้

3.1 ด้านคติธรรม (Moral) ด้วยการจัดกิจกรรมเรียนรู้จักความเสียสละ  ขยันหมั่นเพียร กตัญญูรู้คุณและมีความอดทน และพัฒนาจิตใจให้มีคุณธรรมนำคติธรรมไปเป็นประยุกต์ดำเนินชีวิตประจำวัน

3.2 ด้านเนติธรรม (Legal) ทางวัดควรวางระเบียบ ประเพณีหรือแนวทางการพัฒนาให้มีความสัมพันธ์กับข้อวัตรปฏิบัติการพัฒนากายวาจาให้เข้ากับระเบียบของวัดที่วางไว้ในการเข้าเรียนรู้แหล่งวัฒนธรรมภายในวัด

3.3 ด้านสหธรรม (Social) วัดควรจัดทำป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ประชาชนได้เข้าใจแหล่งวัฒนธรรมเรียนรู้ ภายในวัดที่เกี่ยวกับเรื่องของมารยาทต่างๆ ที่ต้องประพฤติปฏิบัติ เช่น มารยาทวิธีพุทธ  ระหว่าเข้าศึกษาแหล่งการเรียนรู้ต่างๆภายในวัด

3.4 ด้านวัตถุธรรม (Material)  ควรวางแผนพัฒนาสถานที่บริเวณ พระพุทธรูป โบสถ์ วิหาร เจดีย์  และได้ข้อคิด  คติสอนใจแก่ประชาชน  โดยการใช้กระบวนการพัฒนาทางปัญญาให้เข้าใจวัฒนธรรมชาวพุทธที่ดี

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the state of temple development into cultural learning resources in Saimai district of Bangkok, 2) to develop the temples into cultural learning resources according to the principles of the Threefold Training, and 3) to propose the guideline of the Threefold Training based development of temples for cultural learning resources in Saimai District, Bangkok. The data were collected by questionnaires from 248 samples and by in-depth interviews with the temple abbots in the area. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The results of the study found that:

1. The opinion towards the temple development into cultural learning resources was at a high level overall. The highest level was on moral culture, followed by material culture, legal culture, and social culture respectively.

2. The temple development into cultural learning resources according to the principles of the Threefold Training started from area or material improvement and followed by moral improvement, legal or rules, regulations improvement, and social improvement. The temples should be suitable for the practice of meditation or mental development.

3.  The guidelines of the Threefold Training based development of temples for cultural learning resources in Saimai District, Bangkok were as follows: 3.1 In Moral culture, activities supporting sacrifice, effort, gratitude, tolerance, and morality should be arranged, 3.2 In Legal culture, rules, regulations, and suggestions for using the temple learning resources should be set up, 3.3 In Social culture, posters and site-boards for public relations and appropriate behaviors and conducts should be installed in the temples, and 3.4 In Material culture, the temple significant architecture areas should be developed first. The concept obtained from the study was to develop cultural understanding of people through intellectual development process.
